Awesome for QA and also to just see what happened on a call quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I love both the timeline and the transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see it integrate with our SalesForce and Gainsight platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what really happened on calls before mine with partners.
Gong has allowed me to get up-to-speed as a new rep quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen to calls of top perfromers at the company.

Need to spend more time in the platform. There are a lot of features I am probably not taking advantage of because I don't know they even exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a recently hired rep and have used Gong through onboarding to get up-to-speed and learn techniques from top performers.
Super Useful Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can easily tag people for feedback and search for calls easily. The analytics are very helpful as well (i.e. knowing how much I'm talking vs. the prospect and keywords throughout the call. I also love the ring central integration to record calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a gong issue, but if the meeting ends up being at a different time or we have to hang up and try again due to zoom or airpod issues, gong gets kicked out and can't record the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us stay on top of our methods and make sure we are providing our customers with the things they need to succeed. We can reference back in case we aren't confident without notes and continue to receive feedback from our peers. In my training, gong was so helpful in providing me with real, live examples of what my calls should look like.

It's time consuming and we had some bugs.

Being able to go back to the demo and client interaction, better note taking.

I use gong to watch colleagues demos, i can fast track the recording and skip to my colleagues talking

All of the data analytics given by Gong in regards to buyers forecast

Lack of support for transcription in Hebrew or a multiple language conversations

Show me exactly what I'm missing to get a buyer more involved and closed.
A very insightful, efficient, and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the GONG tool is the topic search and annotations feature, one can look for a certain topic or word that was exchanged on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular but one thing i would suggest is the option of specific date range instead of a timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since auditing calls and monitoring the quality of the function is my job, the tool has made my process much more efficient and easy. It helps me find a specific topic in the call and i can add calls to libraries to use them for future purposes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to optimize your process of work and make it more efficient then i recommend Gong.
Better than I remember!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the stats and the ability to "listen later" on my mobile device. Speeds up onboarding by having access to so many calls, allowing me to hear real-world conversations. Way better than role-playing calls with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm really impressed overall. My biggest complaints are actually pretty small. 1) I wish the iPad app would show in landscape mode. 2) I wish there were more sorting options for "Listen Later" calls (like sort by last added to my queue so I can find them - right now it sorts by call date I believe. 3) I wish it would keep my place in a call that I've started listening to. Sometimes I start on the computer but want to be able to pick up where I left off when I'm on the go or changing devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who recently joined a new company, the ability to listen to so many calls has really helped my onboarding experience and has probably shortened it. Being able to listen to various styles from my colleagues, especially those that have been here much longer and are true aces, is extremely useful and convenient. Shadowing calls by joining the meeting is how it's normally done and that can be a bit of a distraction for the other participants. Being able to listen to a call at any time (and as many times as needed) is much better for all involved. Also, being able to go back on my own calls and re-listen to what was said or how it was said is useful for those times when I can't make sense of my notes.

It helps you up your game and is super valuable!
Best platform to "sharpen your saw" and improve your sales skills.
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily review your calls and demos and see analytics of how much you are talking compared to your competitors. It's also nice they give you follow-up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filter service can be easier. It took me a second to find where I could search through all my calls. I tried the library at first. Overall though I though it's still good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of wondering how employees like me are doing on calls and business interactions. This gives a great way to monitor and improve the overall effectiveness of the employee.

Take time to get become familiar with the Platform and you'll get the best results that way!
Gong Makes it Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see deals that are at risk, being able to collaborate with my manager on calls effectively -- I am new at Miro and this is a critical part of how our team continues to grow our skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while for Gong to load... I'm not sure why. This is honestly a super small inconveniece, but whenever you navigate pages in Gong, it takes a while for the page to respond and allow you to type into search bars or interact with items on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us identify deals that are at risk, identifying areas for improvement in our discovery process, and keeping up with activity on deals that haven't been touched in a while.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely the best sales call intelligence tool. I've used Dialpad, ExecVision, and Gong.
