What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to listen to calls with a transcript if needed
- Sharing calls is easy
- Platform us user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of tools which can feel overwhelming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have insights to calls so we can improve our process, really helps during feedback sessions

What do you like best about the product?
You set it and forget it. Once it is working in the back you no longer have to worry about it. It simply works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some words are wrongly transcribed sometimes, but rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to review my sales calls to identify areas for improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, you will not be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
On the surface, you'd think Gong is just a tool that records your demo/presentations. This is barely a selling point at all, but it does come in handy. What is more beneficial in my opinion is the insight it provides and how it analyzes your calls to make you a more successful salesperson. Gong is like watching a black and white TV all your life and finally having the opportunity to watch something in 4k HD. You can't go back to how you used to do it!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I can't think of any dislikes, and I'm not just saying that I've racked my brain about it. I'm sure they'll continue to improve it but when they already have such a great tool everything else is just a bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having to take notes, you can focus on the conversation and the discovery because you have the best stenographer in the world backing you up. If the customer wants a copy of the call that's covered. If you are curious about what you could have done better that's covered. If you want to have another teammate listen for training/feedback that's COVERED. Gong will make you realize how inefficient your old way of doing things was, and give you back more time for whatever you need.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of listening to sales calls - the relevant ones and also on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
adding new users is pricy, this is a barrier for adding CSMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i hear much more calls becuase they have a great mobile app; i listen to the relevant ones

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and very helpful when coaching, reviewing interactions with potential clients/clients, and sharing that same information. I've used a number of revenue intelligence platforms throughout my career but Gong is the best, hands down!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the AI was further advanced but it's developing more and more. There isn't really anything I dislike about Gong. I guess I would like to have regular training sessions with my teams, to improve product knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can dig into what different markets are facing in terms of supply and demand. Gong gives us the ability to review everything from where someone is in the process to how invested they are in our agreement, at any given time.

I like quick google event populating when setting u a meeting, auto-recording, analyzing, transcribing all that is said for easy use

Ability to translate to different languages would be very useful but not needed

I don't dislike anything about gong it has been extremely helpful.

More to it than just reading notes from past calls I can relisten.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong offers playback of meetings and sales conversations that can be shared internally and externally. It's incredibly useful to review your sales conversations, and pick out key items that you may have missed in real time.

It's great to search for key terms and share snippets of meeting with colleagues and/or customers
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a strong product. The auto transcript function is not 100% accurate- but that's probably because of my accent. Some improvement on this would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me (as a sales rep) to review my own calls and those of my colleagues. This is very helpful to improve on messaging, and to share best practise. It's also helpful to ensure i don't miss any actions i've agreed, and i can also share snippets of the call with prospects & colleagues
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very strong product. I've used Jiminy in the past which is also good, but Gong offers better features and deal tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can listen to calls after the fact, and can easily skip through sections that are not relevant based on who's talking, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I definitely don't look at all the data since there is SO much about each call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so valuable to learn from the experiences of my coworkers, especially as a new employee! Being able to do that and navigate to certain types of calls, people, etc. makes it a must-have tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very helpful for training in my current role. I am able to review different topics and sharpen my skills by learning from my peers. I can do this on my own time and the website is super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the system. Keep up the great work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of time efficiency. Instead of managers taking a lot of time out of their day to go over training, they can assign materials and follow up. It allows for the best possible way to learn products as well real-life scenarios from people within your company.

Get the product, it will help with training newer employees
