Great tool for calls
What do you like best about the product?
You can watch calls back which can improve not only your performance but help you and your team as well A great tool that I use every day

Nothing, I think it tracks all the right things

allows me to recall every external call i have which helps me and my team

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is really helpful in ensuring we capture next steps and for training purposes. I like how you can forward it to prospects so they feel comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like Gong and dont have anything I dislike. One feature that could be helpful would be adding gong to the call mid-stream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with capturing next steps so you can focus on the call. Also helps for training and coaching post call
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
For me starting this position fresh and having something to record my conversation and then send me the notes after is HUGE. I wasn't the best note-taker and this takes it to the next level for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. Gong has been doing well with making sure I follow up with contacts that I haven't called to check in on a project or things that it picked up in the call that I should be following up on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always making sure that we focus on the conversation with the client at all times. Not having to go through the issues of having someone repeat themselves just because you didn't get it written down is amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make your meetings easier and don't want to worry about missing it, use GONG

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can fully engage in a call without having to take notes, and refer back to gong to track the questions and all action items. I can always use Gong to refresh my memory on a past call, as use it to help me on future calls with prospects. It is also such a great training tool for my colleagues.
Self-Evaluation for the Cold Caller
What do you like best about the product?
Not only can you listen to all of your calls through Gong but it also breaks it down for you in a very detailed way. You can see when you or your employees are moving the conversation along or just using filler words and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some states do not allow recording which is not Gong's fault. Other than that it is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only way to truly self-evaluate cold calling is if you have the recordings. Everything from using the right tone, pitch, and rhythm to making sure you are asking the correct questions.

How I get my calls all recorded and can analyze the whole conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a little while after the call to get the transcript of it. I wish it was faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can go back to all my calls whenever I need and I can see what clients I need to touch base with first based on their ARR - among other benefits.

Ability to filter for terms and phrases.

Very little! Transcript inaccuracy mostly

Gong is enabling me to learn from best practice across my team, and understand how to effectively communicate with my clients

Take the time to attend onboarding
Have to keep getting better, can't do it without Gong!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review calls with text written out and time spoken is key. It provides me a chance to really dig into my pitches and figure out how to best present to get opps down the pipe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something Gong cant control, it takes a lot of time to run through calls again and again. Going through my own along with other colleagues and providing coaching and feedback is time consuming. Being able to speed up calls helps a bit, having the text out is great. I think Gong has attacked the problem best they could and make it as easy as I could possibly imagine for these tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent growth and development. Figuring out what I can do differently in my sales process to improve conversion rates across the sales cycle. It also helps with notes and going back to check what the prospect said and get accurate notes for follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have nothing in place like Gong, you absolutely need it. NO brainer.

Gong is an amazing tool, where in my role it is great to add resources for colleagues

1 thing i believe needs improvements, would be that when you import content, you are able to name 'caller 1', 'caller 2', etc. Making imports more user friendly

Provides a platform to share and comment on recordings that support our training

Gong has been a great way to really understand customer needs
What do you like best about the product?
Using Gong to revisit calls as both prep for next touchpoints, as well as to share great questions and feature requests with our product teams has been great. Having full recordings of calls has been very helpful for self-improvement, and makes it very easy to bring teammates up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and coaching, as well as the transcripts, are very hit or miss - I find sometimes the tool inaccurately lists who said what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong improves call performance, enables a full view of customer needs and concerns, and increases productivity across the team.

It's an invaluable tool for our day to day work!
