Not sure what they are solving, but I like the platform as is

What do you like best about the product?
In the day-to-day, being able to immediately share a recording of your meeting with your prospects is great, but the power comes after. Searchable transcripts provide a great tool to recall your previous conversations and quickly find things you've forgotten. Trackers and Deal Dashboards help to automate this and save you from manually hunting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is not having a real-time sync with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting recording and deal insights help us with the things I highlighted above, along with call coaching across the team.

Being able to go back and listen to complicated scenarios for our client

Nothing that was an issue. Other than the recording initially that announces Gong. If it was just a notification (writing) instead of the narration that would be easier.

When team members are unable to make calls, it's nice to be able to have them listen to the conversation before reaching out to clients or other team members.

I have the ability to search teammates content for training and onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of advantage using Gong, I can review my calls and make the necessary improvements, and also follow up with potential clients on the important discussion topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos are non-editable as some of these videos could be shared on important sections rather than the entire videos which could include many unimportant topics or points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it is solving is the ability to review videos by topics and categories such as "product development", "pricing" etc. So that you do not waste time on the off-topics section.

Not really anything I dislike. Great site overall!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a seller, it is necessary to go back and listen to calls to understand a client's key pain points to make sure we are meeting their needs. On gong, you can listen to the entire call at any speed you want, while clicking through who said what. It automatically sends you reminders for next steps as well. Great site!
Fantastic tool for salespeople!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search through the transcripts and pluck out key points for follow up emails is absolutely fantastic! So useful on busy days when you have calls back to back
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many amazing things you can do with the tool, but if you don't know the little nuances it can be overwhelming and you can be missing out on some of the key functions that make the tool so great. It's definitely important to get trained or you won't really be utilizing the system to the best of your ability.

Sharing snippets with team & being able to reference the calls of myself and my teammates. Search is very helpful.

I think they could make some of the snippet editing more speedy with UX improvements.

I know that my calls are recorded and I don't need to spend any time worrying about those logistics. I also know their analysis layer is helping lay the ground work for deeper understanding of my calls

interaction stats, points of interest, insights to do better next time, collaboration with peers and upstream. helping each other to speak and circulate about the success stories that they had in every interaction.

Nothing at this point, since the usage is still at its initial stage I'm yet to arrive at a dislike or recommendations for the Gong tool. Any thing that is trivial i bought to the VPM's notice

Culture of building Trusted Advisor for my clients/customers, the productivity has increased by cutting non-value-added tasks, making my team get inline with expectations from clients/customers
