What do you like best about the product?
Great to have for training purposes and to review back for notes.

I haven't encountered anything yet but there are features I have not investigated

It helps me focus on the conversation instead of taking notes.

It's so cool to dive deep into the details of our calls to find out what we're doing well and what we can work on. There's SO much to learn!

It's complex, which is amazing, but it will take some time to truly understand Gong and use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us pick apart our demos and look at what we do well and what we can improve on.
Instant feedback for someone early in their career
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows for instant feedback from my manager, which has allowed me to learn from mistakes and improve in my weaknesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to navigate through a library with thousands of calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong I don't have to focus on notetaking during calls, which allows for more active listening.

What do you like best about the product?
Love seeing the insights and ways I can improve. For example, the talk ratio lets me know if I have been rambling for too long. I look at high performers' stats and try to emulate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video quality? But that may be something on my end. I really can't think of anything else I don't like. It'll be hard for me to work at another company if they don't use Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me feedback on my entire call. Managers don't have time to review the entire call and write stats. I love how all of this is automed and I can see myself improving over time.

What do you like best about the product?
On a day to day basis,it helps me understand more about seller calls so that i can coach them interms of quality framework that we have. Also i can also listen to best calls across our organization.This is the best Software to improve the performance one individual or also for coaching the sellers under me
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes speech recognization is not appropriate. calls for a particular seller will not update immediately it will take 24 hours to update that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding seller calls for longer duration.So that it will help us coach people on what opportunity they are missing on the calls. Which could help them for future improvement and improving the quality
Really good for developing sales skills
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and incorporate for team trainings. Just like sports, film study is crucial. Our sales team couldn't thrive without gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it won't connect automatically to the sales call but often times that's just because the user forgot to do something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a variety of problems. From sales skill gaps to ROE disputes. It is always a good thing to have an extra set of ears on sales calls.

Searchable transcripts, tagging, easy-to-share calls

the searchability for calls (having to choose searching by call title, etc.) is a little cumbersome

Being able to catch up on any missed calls and revisit customer conversations to take better notes

Video and audio file repository. Good for sales analytics.

Not too mobile friendly. Would definitely like a more robust UX.

To refer audios and videos from calls and demos. Helps to easily self-audit and leverage transcripts to pace through the call/meet.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can watch recorded meetings from co-workers so I'm constantly learning how to use our internal platform more efficiently. I also love that is syncs with salesforce so I get real time insights into my pipeline and each stage my clients are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt many to be honest. Sometimes the status changes made in salesforce take a while to update in gong pipeline, but for most part its instant

Its a great platform and it has been helping with follow-up meeting reminders or action plans around client satisfaction
Gong is one tool I didn't know I needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it super easy to review my calls, prepare for new calls, and see at a high level how I am doing splitting up the conversation. Their ability to search all calls and accounts make it great for understanding the calls
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. My biggest dislike is that I have to login everytime I go to the page. I'm sure this is for security purposes so It's not too big of a deal.

Gong helps me understand my accounts and what progress we have made during all of our communication. They help me review prospects and understand them quicker!
