Simple and Powerful

What do you like best about the product?
I have used other similar software that do a lot of what Gong does, but nothing is as easy to use and as impactful to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides, it's the premier tool in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales training has been significantly faster and easier, internal meetings are automatically recorded for review and for peope who miss calls, onboarding resources are all saved in Gong for new hires.

Amazing insight tool for further self improvement!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides valuable data helping me understand how to be more effective with lead management. The filtration of calls database is so advanced I can easily navigate within the platform to find points of interest and review my previous calls and search for specific information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does take a while for the call to be recorded within the database but I fully understand this cannot always be an instant process due to longer conversation processing time and upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me tone down on my lack of patience whist on a call with a lead as well as helps me maintain and further improve my interaction with the contact I am talking to. It also has a very clear and helpful visual of the conversation which is very helpful for visual learners such as myself!

Amazing tool for onboarding and development!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been an integral part of my onboarding and development as a new business development rep in the SaaS space! I love that I can listen to my colleagues' calls to prepare myself for my own calls and hear objection handling in real scenarios. I also love how advanced the call search features are. They make it very easy to find calls where specific topics are discussed or specific objections were thrown into play. The features that allow you to jump around in call listening sessions are also very nice - those, combined with transcripts, allow me to be efficient with my listening time and only listen to parts of the call that are relevant to what I am looking for. Such an advanced, useful tool for anyone trying to develop a career in sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts are not always 100% accurate. Oftentimes, I find mistakes/things that were misinterpreted so if you just tried to read the text and not listen, you may be a little confused. However, I understand that with different voices/tones/accents, it would be very difficult for the AI to be perfect! Not really a complaint and more of just room for improvement since I have been asked!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to train and shadow my colleagues in a virtual world! It has prepared me to make my own calls. It also allows me and my managers to go back and listen to calls I have made so we can identify areas I can improve. Super helpful for training and development!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for customers to get recordings of their calls and search for what we talked about! On the employee side, it is AMAZING to have the ability to see keywords that were said in multiple calls to follow up on any potential issues with a customer!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, if something happens with a calendar invite you had with a customer, Gong won't save the recording and you would have to upload it manually. The issue with that is that the customer cannot search for sections of the call from their side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me remember conversations I have with customers and know which customers may be churn risks. The feature to put flags on keywords from a call to help us identify problems is so helpful!

The interface can be improved. It's a little clunky and laggy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI, the robust CS support I get [Thanks Nicole!} and the great product-customer feedback loop. The AI is extremely strong and accurate and the deal board is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some issues importing meetings with "next steps" already scheduled into our deal board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient coaching! I have so much time left over in my day just using things like conversation alerts in Gong! And it makes it easy to see where managers are giving TOO MUCH feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong tells it like it happened--as any recording would. Love the ability to organize calls into folders, share internally and externally, highlight snippets and create your own playlists. Plus, the app is great on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into meeting scheduling tools has improved dramatically, and clients are much more used to Gong than before. Sure, the transcript isn't 100% perfect, but with all of the product improvements, it's hard to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few: training, understanding client questions, objective handling, real world conversations. Best way to see what works and what doesn't at scale. Thanks, Gong!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows you to rewatch calls and learn from your own mistakes as well as watch other colleagues' meetings to learn how they would respond to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is great because I do not have to take thorough notes during my meetings. I know I can go back and listen to everything a prospective client said during a meeting.
