Love the call reviews and recordings.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen to my previous calls to prepare for the next call. Also listening to my teammates calls is very helpful to get an understanding of what they are doing right and build off that,
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to use the opportunities feature strictly because we have a CRM that tracks this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping significantly with note taking. I can relisten to the call shortly after and take my notes there instead of trying to do it while on the phone with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong works exactly as described. Combined with the quick setup and intuitive interface, we love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is heavily geared toward inside sales and not a great fit for our CS who also somethings upsell clients or do the renewal calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows us to quickly review sales calls and training new reps using the best sales calls from the past.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Gong is to navigate, how easy it is to receive and share feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides for the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me improve my discovery skills, my questioning, and it provides help to new hires as well as other colleagues who are willing to learn and grow.
Gong is very simple to use and highly recommended as it is a very effective tool.

It is pretty easy to find calls and recordings, and the outlay is simple, not at all complicated. You even have library to save best calls which is amazing

Nothing as of now as almost everything I needed I was able to find.

I am a trainer, so I need to listen to calls and play in my training; this is helping me as all I need to put is a phrase, giving me the entire list, and my half job is done.

Nothing really, all is good compare to so many collab tools I have used.

What do you like best about the product?
I am an AE who uses gong mostly for call coaching with superiors and building business cases after the fact. I have an aversion to actually listen to my voice on calls, so the transcript is a big plus for me. I can search for key words in the transcript to help build my case in a prospect's own words instead of building it based off of my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, it can be hard to find an actual call when I'm in the account timeline view, but there are other ways to search for it in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping capture call information for coaching, sharing best practices between team mates, and prepping for future meetings. I'm reaping the benefits from it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can watch videos at 1.5x speed in the background of whatever I'm doing, love that my team can rate each other's calls, and love that Gong integrates with SFDC and tracks emails as well as recordings within the system. Def my favorite sales enablement tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I don't enjoy — the only thing I can think of is the speech-to-text is a bit wonky, but that's a minor qualm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me stay on top of all the deals my team is working on and helps me learn more about our product and the different use cases.
It can be a super helpful tool, but can feel a bit intrusive

the ability to recall any previous calls and the AI reminding you of tasks you mentioned during a call that you may have forgotten otherwise. I also like the team metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it can come across as big brother-ish. It can sometimes make me feel self conscious about my calls when I listen back on them, and although it is supposed to help with that, the initial use feels awkward

forgetting tasks that I made via the call. Also tracking metrics better than anything else.

Clients may refuse to use it, or feel you are on a sort of training

Capture and highlight all the information - including clients facial expression during a meeting -

Being able to review interaction with clients for feed back from leaders or just to review what was discussed

There's some features on the software that I'm not sure how to use but that will come with time.

It's helping me review part calls with clients to remind myself what was discussed.
