Great quality review app.
I like to see the "stats" feature because it shows me essential things about my video conference, like the time I talked, the talk ratio, participant questions, points of interest and more.
Also the AI does a vital job of marking what every participant s talking about and how the conversation is going.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that sometimes the Gong doesn`t recognize other participants and doesn`t record some of my calls.
And if I have any problem with my conection I lost part of the record feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recording problem and it`s helps me to evaluate my team calls and do a quality job by training our fellas to make better calls and be more assertive to talk with clients.
A great tool for consultants
What do you like best about the product?
An easy tool to utilise and has various aid functions that allow you to stay on top of communication with clients. I could not recommend it more to my consulting peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have much criticism for the platform, it would be great to see gong have active reminders based on conversations you have when writing an email. e.g. you organised to send a strategy deck on x date - would you like to include that in this email?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving and elevating the potential for client conversations, aiding the user in improving their own communications whilst facilitating functions that can elevate their performance overal.
The best tool around for sales people!
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible tool, it's helped tremendously when it comes to coaching, tracking deals, updates on deals, forecasting and even more. Definitely would recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can say is if it could refresh more often but aside from that it's an incredible tool and just something that we'll need to live with!

Better tracking of deals, coaching reps, forecasting
Gong has been a life saver in the sales process!

I love being able to playback my calls and the keyword search is huge in the event I need to go back and follow up on something with my client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It starts recording before people actually join the call - Would gong recordings be able to start when participants start talking so we dont have to go back and trim down the call?

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access metrics on talk percentages, time taken to pause between giving a response, longest story told, question rate etc. This is super useful in helping me become more consultative on calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get emails regarding sales pipeline. This might be something I need to adjust in my settings but I am a CSM, not a sales rep. Not a major but it could be useful being asked about your role and which features are important to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the way I approach calls and it has made me more mindful how I come across to customers, i.e. I have learnt I am too quick to respond to a customer, rather than pausing and giving them more time to share all of their thoughts.
Gong has made be a better sales person. I could not do my job successfully w/o Gong.

The data/analytics & ability to watch myself and learn from each call.

I am very happy with Gong at this time and would not change anything.

Gong is teaching me best practices and giving me the tools to self-evaluate and improve.

I like that I can review my own calls in close to real time and see and listen to what I did well and also areas for opportunity. It's the best tool I've used for immediate feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that transcription was more accurate yet it's always close and combined with the audio/video recording it is easy enough to listen to the call as well as read the transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self coaching and immediate feedback on my talk track versus my prospects. It helps me focus on creating conversations and not just pitches and verbal vomiting. It's great for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analysis that Gong performs on the actual call. It allows me to skip between the different call participants and even narrow down on specific content using key-words detected within the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a bit of clean up with the new modules like forecasting that Gong has brought to market. Possibly a more defined delineation of the modules would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to use the call analysis to determine which calls I should focus on as opposed to listening to 100% of all the calls.
Couldn't live without Gong!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in sales/customer success both with and without a call recording tool like Gong and its an absolute game changer that saves me time, allows me to have the most informed calls with my clients, and provides continuous access to resources for them to succeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never been able to figure out how to turn off the automatic email reminders on my default meeting type - additionally, I wish the emails could address everyone's names separately rather than one designated person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me so, so much time in not needing to take detailed notes of a call as I am able to refer back to the recording, screenshare, and transcript of the conversation at any time!

To be able to hear where I may have lost the client during the call or where I might have influenced their decision. Then to learn how to use this to become a more polished professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not easier to see(without listening) the outcome of the call. If i knew which calls were successful or not, it would improve the time needed to grow /learn.

Helping me coach newer representatives when they first start and remember details from calls as a refresher for the next scheduled call. Helps me stay focused on my client's true Goals
