Great way to record and review calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is really easy to use. It easily connects to Zoom, makes it easy to search the call for key moments, mentions of competitor names, and more. I also love the email they send me after the call that tells me what the follow-up items are. That is really cool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to review how much talking that I do compared to the customer. Chorus has this feature, and it was a great tool to help shape my conversations to be more balanced. I also wish the dashboard made it easier to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been so helpful in terms of listening to my teammates' calls. I'm new at my company, and being able to find & watch their calls has helped me ramp up quickly. I also like that it's automated so I don't have to remember to record my calls. When I relied on Zoom in the past, I sometimes forgot to record calls that were important. Being able to search and view/listen to my colleagues' calls has been so helpful too.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives me visibility to everything I need to know. With only a few minutes, I can see what has been discussed, what and how the prospect / customer has to say, who the competitor mentions are - and even negative sentiments in emails. GREAT stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with training, I would love our Sr. Leaders to be more engaged with the tool. But we're getting there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
intelligence. The more we work with Gong to customize to our industry, term, and personas - the better the tool becomes.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcripts are great for being able to read and listen back to calls with customers. Even better is the "insights" section which can be somewhat tailored to specific things your industry/office/area is looking to get a glance at for calls and interactions. The trackers feature is also great for setting goals and self-improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts are not always 100% accurate, however, that isn't too much of an issue if you can understand what the person you're on the call with is saying and can get the gist while replaying the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the problem of having to take detailed notes each time I'm with a customer. It also takes out the inefficiency of trying to track multiple key points of a call with a customer as a person. The analytics that is built in does it for you and seems to be pretty accurate. It allows me and my colleagues to listen to calls, get an insight into talk ratio, key objectives we want to hit, the questions we are asking, etc. so that we can really hone in on our own development. It also allows for quick turn-around from a manager or trainer with feedback and commenting on specifics within a call.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows critical learning across the sales organization. Because all calls are recorded, transcribed, and graphed, various levels of staff can play, observe, and learn from the other personalities within the sales organization. Gong also allows people to at a glance see sale call and demo interactivity via graphing. Then a person can quickly move to various tipping points within the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that recordings can only be 6 hours long (there is a time limit). We would like recordings to be possible for 8 or 9 hours across our entire demonstration day. Gong really is an innovative, must-have platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of the legacy 'she said, he said' situation, since all calls are recorded, we can go back and review interactions and calls even as enterprise implementation processes begin. This review of calls gives important context to ongoing business process discussions.
Saves time and makes me more effective
What do you like best about the product?
Having every customer call recorded so that I can go back, at any time, to check in on how a deal has evolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would send post-call emails to me. Instead of having to pore through the transcript, it'd be nice to have an automated post-call email sent to me summarizing next steps I need to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every call is recorded, so I don't have to feverishly write notes during a call. It helps me listen & focus on what the prospect is saying, which allows me to ask better questions.

Exceptional tool for the Account Executive to the Customer to the Management.
What do you like best about the product?
Opportunity to go back and review details of a meeting, create simple or detailed notes to share with collegues tied to the timing of the meeting and ability to share the meeting with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a very rare occasion a sentece or a few words are ommitted from the recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to focus on what the client is stating and asking for and not having to take detailed notes.
An efficient and data-rich sales enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having the "game tape" of a meeting is the feature I like best. It not only provides you a recording, but provides you with tools and features to really diagnose how your meeting went, what was discussed, and areas for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients, although rare, do not like the idea of the meeting being recorded and documented to the degree that Gong offers. In certain contract situations, we've been asked to not have Gong active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us solve the problem of identifying the gaps between our training and our sales team. It is giving us real-world insight into what our sellers are discussing, how it is landing, and what topics are working.

I would like gong to have an option to translate calls that would help us a lot when sharing information within different markets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way of communicating with the people on my team and great tool to find calls as it has the time, the lenght, the name of the customer and the name of the rep, even the reviews.
Easy way to keep on top of Sales
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the easy integration to every Zoom meeting I have. It always starts recording right on time, never misses a beat, and being able to see the call in written format is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I have no complaints about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a few problems! First, it records every sales meeting I have. Second, it records the meetings automatically so I don't have to worry about it. Third, it highlights the important parts of the conversation when looking at the transcribed version.
