I love Gong
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can easily find my calls, the statistics are very usefull too, and the comment section is nice to send something to your supervisor
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have option like my top rated calls, or best calls, and worse one, to see where I did better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can finally listen to my calls to improve my performance which is very useful. It make me more aware of the points I have to work on, and helps me to understand better what is expected of me.

Get better quality calls, make sure I keep the right structure of my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create scorecards right after a big coaching session or call review session in order to then create action items and feedback that you can track as a manager to make sure your reps are following their specific plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't understand the tool and don't take ownership on how the tool will help your individual team, rep, or even company then it will be another call-listening tool that never gets utilized to its full potential. Adoption, adoption, and adoption of the product is key. don't be afraid to ask questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple benefit for me is I am able to track the progress of my managers and be able to see how they are coaching their reps, and how many calls they are able to listen to in a month, week, and day.

Leadership can monitor key opportunities using keywords in conversations and deal stages. At a Rep level, it helps see everything under a single roof.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to go back on specific conversations or calls that you would like to review. It's very user-friendly.
I like the option to see the transcript of the actual conversation. Note-taking became a walk in the park, making me more efficient. Having a gong is like having an automated note-taker.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's barely anything that I hate about it. As I mentioned above, it's user-friendly. If there is something it can improve on, probably, it'll be the filtering option. To filter a specific call from a particular date range or time range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The minute details we tend to miss are all recorded and transcribed. It makes me more accurate and helps me provide better resolutions to my customers. In some sensitive cases, details are essential; with Gong, I don't have to worry that I might miss anything.

Accessibility of phrase searching, ability to read through transcripts, and ease of filter usage

transcripts are not as receptive to accents other than British English or American English

Gong has exponentially improved my calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is extremely quick and easy to use. It will automatically show up to your meetings and not only record the call, but take notes on what you are discussing in different sections which makes it very simple to go back through your previous conversations and get a refresher on what was discussed and why ahead of your next call. The playback tools also make it very simple to drop yourself reminders on important elements of the conversation so you can jump right to the information you need without having to fast forward/rewind searching for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all. The only downside is that I have not made it a priority to set time aside to accept further training to learn how to use the system even more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role I am dually responsible for managing multiple complex sales processes as well as helping to train junior sales reps. One thing that I used to really struggle with was taking good enough notes during a call/meeting to keep the thread on what was discussed in the last meeting and what needs to be discussed next as many of these meetings are weeks apart. Gong has completely eliminated this problem. Additionally, it allows me to make comments on specific areas of a call that I am trying to help my colleagues with and tagging them so they are notified that I just had a conversation that might help them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to be able to have an overview of what goes on during the day in terms of meetings. also the ability to join with a click of a button and connect to calls
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe that it doesnt have enough versatility sometimes i think that the dialauge gets messed up or that there really is no way of reading what happens next in the call

Gong is helping me connect with not only my fellow emploees but also people that we are talking to like clients and other people all around the worlk force in one simple soulution

Sometimes the transcription isn't accurate
