Wonderful tool, takes better notes than I do!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of using Gong is the Points Of Interest. I can see keywords, quick links to questions asked, links to any action items that were mentioned... it's phenomenal. I can take notes all day long, but quickly checking the accuracy of my notes without having to listen to the entire call again is vital and helps me be much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription sometimes struggles with Southern accents, which I find amusing but maybe a little irritating. It's been improving, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with the efficient review of meetings, both internal and external.

None so far. But probably also able to audit lower than 1 minute calls.

It solve our quality audit problem and in benefit me from having accurate insights.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most helpful part of Gong is the simple fact that I can review my calls. Critiquing my call flow, and ensuring I got all the information needed that I may have forgotten.

The downside of using Gong... is nothing.

Agents or the person using Gong will be able to review the calls they have taken

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple it is to record our meeting with Gong and how powerful is their transcripts feature. I also been using those together with Hubspot as well. Currently looking into exploring more feature of Gong that I can benefit from Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am trying to find out how to automatically add recorded Gong link to hubspots note so my peers can see those gong recording directly from hubspot. It will certainly save huge time for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us getting better insight from our meeting that we never had a chance to unveil before. Huge chunk of information are able to help us in making better decision based on understanding Gong recording alone.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Gong, is the action items it flags from calls. Also, the notification that someone may be looking to hear back from you via email is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more technical terms we use can be transcribed incorrectly by the AI, which makes searching more challenging.

Gong is helping to keep our client communication organized, and keeping our action items top of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can use Gong to collaborate on calls and get insights and feedback from management. I also love that it helps me understand when I may be talking too long or when I need to change how I speak.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything bad to say about Gong. They have helped me be a better strategist for my customers and I know that with continued use and coaching I will only get better.

It is helping us to be more productive and receive better coaching.I also really love the analytical side that helps me understand to slow down and gives me the insight to make me better.
Makes organizing my pipeline much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it reminds me about deals that have gone stale in my pipeline, I love the recording feature with highly detailed search and transcript capability. It's helped me prepare for demos by watching my colleagues' calls and learning from what works for them. Especially being in a remote setting I found that it's helped me ramp up my training and learning more quickly since I can watch other demos, searching for specific keywords to guide me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will remind me several times to reach out to a potential customer when I already know that they want me to hold off for a few months and I don't know how to change that reminder setting for each account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized with my calls, leads and pipeline. It's been beneficial in helping me with my training of the company product and improve my training demos and calls.
Great sales resource for SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to share the entire or a snip of the recording with prospects. My prospects review the videos all the time and truly find a lot of value in it. I also love being able to tag teammates in the call. For example, if a prospect asks a technical question I am unsure of, I can tag my team member in the call and they can review and give me an answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside is that I have had a couple prospects not be able to view the video or access it due to their security settings. This would be the only downside I have ever experienced with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to record sales calls and demos, receive feedback about my performance and improve, share with customers and prospects so they can share with members who were not present on the call, and tag my team members internally for things lie product questions or approvals on things customers ask for from leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
I can review my conversation with my clients and improve my performance in future interactions with them. It also blocks out the names which is good for privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the conversations are not recorded sometimes, even if I permit to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can identify the mistakes that I make in each interaction. It also determines the talk ratio, which helps to review my performance and improve it.
Excellent tool for learning and experience sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great product for various uses across the business, whether you want to use it as a training tool for your new hires or strategy planning with the team for your clients, Gong can definitely be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their voice to transcript function is not exactly the most accurate and only supports English which definitely could be improved, especially when you clients don't speak perfect English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For learning and training purposes, to watch other colleagues' client calls to learn about processes, selling techniques and knowledge sharing. Especially handy for new starters.
