Best Sales Intelligence tool ever

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has literally everything you need. My favorite feature is the live listening feature. This is super helpful for someone like myself who manages multiple team members, and constantly needs to listen on their live calls to give feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of much, it's my favorite tool in our tech stack by far. The only thing I can think about is the cost, it is a bit high on our organization, but the value is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my forecasting issues with the ability to sync with SalesForce Additionally, it helps me review all of my previous sales calls and leave myelf and my teammates notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and integrates with our tech stack and most normal tech stacks. The ability to catalog conversations and search that catalog is excellent for creating training and onboarding material for new reps and seeing if we are having the right conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with HubSpot is much weaker compared to Salesforce Integration. There is also an issue with the ability to dedup automatic meeting creation in the CRM if you utilize other integration with your calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps with training and onboarding new reps since leaders can't sit in on every call to provide coaching. Libraries are also good for onboarding people so they can review successful calls

What do you like best about the product?
The Recommendations by Gong for every call are what I love most about the Gong, also we get them within a few hours.We can also compare our performance by the previous calls to the latest ones
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Gong for almost three months now and so far, I have not experienced anything wrong.It gives appropriate recommendations within a few hours and also we can tag people to give a feedback/Review
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Personalised recommendations for every call helps me in understand how the call is going and also gives me the points of improvements, which i think is benefiting me to do my job perfectly

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is we can hear our own calls and review where we can do better. Also, we can listen to the best calls of our Team Members as well.

Nothing in particular to dislike. It is good just the way it is.

What do you like best about the product?
How we can monitor our calls and tag calls to get feedback on a particular call makes it a beneficial tool.
It's very user-friendly and easy to listen to calls according to the dates and names on the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike as its a very useful tool that will make you a better caller as you valuate your own calls to improve your pace and tone of your speech

it helps me understand the pacing of the call and the tone of the voice to understand what will be a better module to take the calls accordingly. also helps boost confidence on your own call

What do you like best about the product?
Gong announces itself clearly when joining calls, has an easy to search through interface, makes it easy to share call recordings with customers and internally
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcripts are a little ehh, sometimes it just stops showing up to meetings randomly, trimming calls is a ittle clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me from having to piece together what went on in the sales process from email chains. Also makes it easier for customers who are willing to go back and listen to original trainings vs be trained again

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it super easy to record, store and browse customer calls. When prepping for future calls, it's helpful to listen to a previous recording. The audio tracks help you fast forward to a point where a particular person is talking. The transcript makes it easy to look for keywords when trying to figure out at what point during the call the "xyz" point came up. If you don't just want to rely on your ability to take notes and listen/talk simultaneously, get Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a person on a call shows up late, their name may not get picked up by Gong's AI. Their search feature can also be clunky and takes some getting used to. Overall, everything works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me focus on the call and not on taking notes. It also allows our team to catch up and review calls we could not attend.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analysis at the end of calls that shows me how much I've been speaking...because it also tells me how much I've been listening to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I'm not yet an expert at using Gong. I'm sure it will be even more potent once I learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me optimize my calls with clients. As a customer success manager, it is critical to hear client concerns and develop a pathway for success with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I record all my demos which I can then share w/my prospects (saving me doing a second demo for another member of their organization). I also use Gong to go back and review what was said as a refresher before the follow up appt. It has also been useful when a prospect says I said or didn't say something to go back and review. I find Gong a tool that I need in order to do my job effectively!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but I don't use all the other features that Gong provides as I use the ones provided by my CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to go back and review quoted pricing or specifics before the next call.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights tab, where I can track each individual's performance and compare it to the team's average.Gong helps in getting to know my team's strengths and weaknesses better, helps me provide much better feedback , and improves the effectiveness of my coaching

Searching for a specific contributor or conversation can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alleviates the need o T sync schedules to shadow calls.
