GONG - is an invaluable tool for business.
What do you like best about the product?
1) Internal and external (client-facing) calls can be recorded and shared. Play-back-on-demand allows people to access training material, critical meetings, and participant interaction at the click of a button; 2) The search feature is intuitive and makes it easy to find the recording you need; 3) GONG translates the recording to text so you can search for specific words/phrases; clicking on it takes you to the point in the video where the comment was made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't insert comments/callouts to highlight key points or enhance meaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity. Coaching. Aggrements. Actions.
Easy to use! Great for learning!
What do you like best about the product?
After each call I get a recording within a few minutes. It's easy for me to listen back to the call and take notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Gong is 10/10! Sometimes the translations don't pick up correctly, but they are getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales rep I like to be present during my calls. Gong makes it easy to go back and listen to each call and take notes after.

Able to go back and review calls or missed opportunities that could benefit your teams.

Other than having to advocate it to be used, there are no dislikes!

Proactively solving issues that arise or are mentioned before they become a "ticket" for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong shows me how often I am using filler words or the words/phrases I used A LOT during a call. I like that it outlines areas of opportunity in the call as well. One of my favorite things about Gong is that others on our team can leave notes at specific points in a call and I can click on a note and Gong takes me to that exact moment in the call so I can listen to it along with the note left.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had to become VERY specific in how we title calls so that we are capable of searching it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning more about what filler words or phrases I overuse. Gong also is helping me pinpoint areas during a call where there is silence. This is allowing me to understand how to use this to my benefit and when it is not beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to track my conversations, improve my handling, collaborate with teammates and become better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the software as it's been continually improved and is now at an optimum state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing strategists to monitor their quality, improve their delivery and augment themselves to be better.

Sometimes does not kick in automatically when a meeting has been recently scheduled

What do you like best about the product?
I like getting to go over mine and my colleagues conversations to better train myself for future seller conversation. I like that my managers can listen and comment their critiques and suggestions for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about it. I wish I didn't have to say I'm on a recorded line for it to record but that is the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a lot of things by giving tools to help teams succeed. It is a great tool for new employees learning how to engage with sellers, increasing phone etiquette skills, and helping businesses be able to recap conversations with information they may have missed.
Super easy, user friendly, best tool for preparing for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to sort through the zoom calls with my clients. Creating timestamps makes it pretty easy to share important parts of the calls which helps me when I prepare my meetings.
Also it is super efficient with how fast it takes me to find certain calls. I like how after a few hours of completing a zoom that when I log in the calls will automatically be there ready for me to go.
Being able to listen to the calls at a faster speed helps as well to sort through important things/fluff on the calls.
Being able to also see the breakdown as to when a client speaks vs when I speak is huge as it's easier to sort through important points that the clients state as well!
Gong usage stats are also interesting to look through because you get to see how many questions you ask on average in your calls, how short your sentences are.. etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm booking meetings with clients that have seen our product before and they're an older customer, usually Gong does not have calls past 1 year which makes it hard to catch up on the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me prepare for meeting with any client. Listening to cold calls and zoom meetings through Gong has been an absolute game changer for me being prepared to close deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the usability - Gong provides so many advantages, but the user interface is what I appreciate most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call event does not push back to CRM to make an entry for an activity :).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a recording of a call - no more assumption made on what the client said, wanted, didn't want, or didn't like. All recordings are available to leverage for learning opportunities for new staff. We are only touching the surface on all the benefits Gong brings to the team.
I LOVE GONG!!!! it is the best thing ever
What do you like best about the product?
I am started working at a new company 3 months ago, and Gong was able to help me get ramped up as an account manager. Being able to watch how my manager conducts meetings when I am working out on the treadmill or going for a walk has been super helpful. It's also nice to be able to sit in on sales calls, board meetings, etc to see what the company is up to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Only two downsides I can think of is I wish there was an easy way to send "gong" into calls when I forget to record it, and the noise at the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me get onboarded faster. It's easy to share good customer calls with people who are not normally customer facing. I like how it helps me recap what a customer says when I missed it via note taking. It also helps me become a better account manager because I am able to watch through and give myself feedback.
