Gong is one of the top most used tools on my team
What do you like best about the product?
We love how Gong enables us to empower our people with knowledge from their peers by scoring as well as listening to calls. It also gives leadership much needed help when it comes to strategy via the statistics it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for specific topics is sometimes hard due to some words being similar but meaning different things. For example, a company named Ramp could also be misconstrued as a verb or noun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides us with the insight we need on our calls with prospects whether that be employee performance, conversational statistics, trends, competitor insight, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is really useful for capturing "to-dos" and next steps related to the deal/opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a good training tool, but it can be uncomfortable to realize all of the missed opportunities to areas for improvement.

I never miss a "to-do" or action item from a call!
An amazing tool to help with Sales Coaching,reporting and feedback
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool. Its perfect for reviewing calls, driving actions and now with the Gong Deals section, analysing touch points and next steps for my pipeline. I would highly recommend and the support staff who help me explore some of the advanced features were excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Gong. The only things I take with a pinch of salt are some of the suggested metrics around talk ratios etc for specific calls, but even then, we still look at that data holistically to drive improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with hundreds of merchants per month , the ability to monitor and improve on calls can be challenging. Gong allows me to refer back to calls easily to confirm next steps along with updating my pipeline with key notes and call/activity logs

What do you like best about the product?
Superb integrations with Zoom and Google Meet.
Recording and transcriptions are produced within less than an hour.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Gong would produce call summaries, including highlights and sentiments. Call summaries would help me prioritize which calls to watch, and easily identify issues. That would save a lot of time.
Also, having summaries reported back to Hubspot would be perfect to keep the CRM in sync regarding customer and sales status.

Coaching becomes significantly easier by onboarding sales reps with key calls.
Analytics is made easy by searching transcripts for relevant data point, as well as the use of trackers.

A simple way to get feedback from coaches and accelerate deals
What do you like best about the product?
Easily tagging my internal coaches for input on positioning, negotiations, and general feedback. It provides a way to communicate without sending snippets to every single person, instead I use the Comments section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside that I have been able to see thus far is within the Insights feature. I have not used it to it's capability, or identified useful ways to analyze the data provided and improve my calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing my conversations post-call with clients and prospective clients. It has enabled me to take less physical notes during a call and be better about Active Listening.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the accuracy of search in Gong. It's easy to do a text search to find key topics from a call and highlight important snippets. The coaching aspect is also very valuable - I can review manager comments on specific points in a call, and see how my stats roll up overall. It's helped me learn to listen more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the recorder will sometimes show up mid-meeting and interrupt the flow of conversation. If the recorder is missing, it's a clumsy process to get the call recorded on the fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring thorough and consistent followup with prospects and customers (nothing slips through the cracks). This helps deals progress predictably and ensures I'm holding up my end of the social contract.
AI Words Capture
What do you like best about the product?
I like it since it is easier to transcribe any conversation, and we can quickly go back to it if we miss some information. It is straightforward to use as it will lower downtime on reviewing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The word capturing is less than 70% in accuracy; we can better understand the call is as if it has higher AI word capturing accuracy. This tool can be used to copy the note and be pasted to our tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving more accessible call reviews and sharing best practices amongst peers that can be top of its class. Getting more productive members where who applies the best practices shared.

I like how Gong automatically removes the hold time on every call for reviewing.

Maybe Gong can still improve the search options and remove unnecessary sections for searches.

It's very easy to get all the insights in order to have a better personal performance

I noted only not receiveing that much notifications for ex: (Receiving notifications that our call has been evaluated)
