I don't spend entire meeting taking notes anymore!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to capture and share snippets and soundbites from client meetings both internally and externally.
I don't have to take notes religiously during entire call.
Suggestions after the call mean I keep tabs on how much I am talking/monologuing and reminds me to let the client speak.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ensure you set up a privacy wall/waiting room. I initially hadn't done this, and clients from my next meeting would arrive at the current one - not a good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take notes religiously during call.

What do you like best about the product?
I can watch calls from top performers and replicate what they do for a variety of different types of calls.
It makes updating my pipeline much easier and gives me a full view of where everything stands. I couldn't do that before gong!

Not a ton to dislike. Nothing really comes to mind other than wishing i could see my stats on calls my SDR setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can look back and see where I missed something or should have done something differently. So on the next call with the prospect I can be sure to touch on what I missed last time.
Life saver for CSMs!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Gong is the ability to go back and listen to any client call within our organization. When clients have complete team turnover, the new POCs may want to know, "What happened during onboarding?" or my teammates might say "What was the client's goals a year ago?". We are able to go back and get tons of great data for future calls.
...oh yeah, and sometimes I'm not the best note taker and I can go back and make sure I close the loop on everything or remember important details days/months later.

What do you dislike about the product?
This might have something to do with the enablement/training I've had + the way I follow-up with clients, but I send emails directly from my own email. I wish there was a way that I could easily [COPY ALL ATTENDEES EMAILS] so it is easy to drop into my outbound emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives transparency for all teams within the org. With a quick call review, everyone (product / sales / support / success / leadership) can align on what happened with a client.

What do you like best about the product?
The best way to get your insights and the best part is the reports you could ee about yourself, with the scorecards and coaching reviews. The responses over your activities are a great option.

Everything looks good for now. there should be some segregation regarding different tasks to pitch

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Gong to recall past clients. It's an invaluable resource for refreshing my memory before a new meeting with an existing or potential client, as there's no need to liaise with former account managers who may have left the company to get the information I need. Not only does it save me time when trying to bridge any knowledge gaps associated with past conversations, but by scanning through each call and focusing on specific topics, such as whether or not presentations were given/prices mentioned, etc., it gives me instant insight into what is most important to both old clients and potential future clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest issues I have with Gong is its long review and reporting process after a call has occurred. In sales, this can mean lost revenue or missed opportunities, as it can take up to twenty minutes to complete. I also find that there is limited training available on how to best use the platform; although I've been using Gong for two years now, only have I attended any live webinars on its features!

Gong has been a life saver for me, helping to ease the stress and anxiety of important conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps our sales team stay incredibly efficient. Love that you can upload scorecards and use those to train the team. Also the "search in call transcripts" feature is a great way to prep for your own demos. You can search keywords in other people's demos (i.e., names of competitors) to see what was said on other demos so you can bring it to your own!
What do you dislike about the product?
With lots of features & functionality comes ease of use. I wish there was more of a walk through or continued training on how to use Gong and best practices to get the full value out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing a remote sales team can be difficult & Gong has changed the game for us in that regard. New sales people spend tons of time in Gong and learn the most from listening to Gong calls and being able to search for specific things in calls. We also recognize our 5 star calls automatically in Slack so the team can hear what a good demo sounds like and continue to be inspired.
Can't live without it.

The mobile app, I can listen to my reps calls and give them coaching from anyplace at anytime.

Most of it is reactive coaching rather than proative.

Really easy to use and delivers powerful insights
What do you like best about the product?
The analytical breakdown of a call is very impressive. It shows talk time per person, recommends improvements (eg. cut down on filler words, ask more Qs etc). The actionable insight that you can put into practice straight away will improve better outcomes for both a rep and the customer

While the nudge emails are useful to ensure you don't overlook any actions that might be waiting on you, the emails can be a little much at times, particularly when being nudged despite the occasions where no action is required

Gong helps me avoid the amount of note taking I need to do in a call and therefore I can be more present in the conversation. It also showed me that I don't pause for long enough after the customer is finished speaking to reply and that's something I was blind to

The absolute best part of Gong, as a CSM, is that it summarizes what I committed to do during a call, so I can be sure not to let anything fall through the cracks.
It's also an excellent way to capture and organize examples of "good" conversations/pitches to assist with training and upskilling.

What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is barely useable. I don't think the issues with it are unique to Gong, but there are AI services that provide bullet point documents summarizing conversations and I wish Gong could do this, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong enables me to work at the pace my company would like me to, without sacrificing too much in terms of continuity and business intelligence. If I need to hand off a call, my teammates can go back and understand what was done in the previous one.
Incredibly helpful for onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of listening to many live calls, having gong has very well supplemented my onboarding for a new company by listening to many calls. The search capabilities make it easy for me to find specific calls I can learn from, and the learning is continuous due to the calls it records across the company. I"m no longer limited to people's schedules or crowding calls to get up to speed. I can truly learn as much as possible by leveraging our Gong library. I like that I can save calls to folders I create too to keep me organized.

Honestly, can't think of anything. The transcription is good for the most part.

Makes it easy for us all to learn from each other at scale and highlight what great looks like in an accurate way.
