The sales tool that changed my professional development for good!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how gong analyzes the time you spend talking vs. the customer or prospect. Transcribing the recorded call is helpful when referring back to each client's specific needs and helps me cater our offerings to fit their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pinpoint a call I'd like to listen to from another team member when searching for keywords, but that's mainly because we have product names that can cover a variety of industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping keep track of how long someone is in the pipeline, helping move deals through the funnel quicker and refer back to when discussing what goals are most pressing for prospects and new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales engineer, I can review recorded calls that took place before I meet the prospect. This application also syncs with HubSpot. The value is fantastic and a powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Maybe a little the fact that I cannot review a listing of all interactions with a prospect in a more digestible format. But really, that's not a deal breaker by any means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an easy-to-use tool to navigate all prospect interactions. Also, I don't have to remind my colleagues to save the recording on an easy-to-access location; Gong does it automatically.
The greatest thing since sliced bread!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go back and listen to calls so I can improve my talk tracks. My favorite thing is the translate, I am learning spanish right now so I can chime in on my bi lingual collegues calls as well so I can improve my language.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent had any issues with Gong, they are providing me everyhting I need. Now if they can help me create a better system (hint* voicemail blasts to my clients) That would just be incredible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me listen to the way I pitch and how I can get better. It allows my upper management to assist with that as well so we can review as a team and improve the whole system.
Great way to collaborate with individuals
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool for coaching individuals and scoring the calls based on key metrics that need to be measured. We use this tool every week to help gauge topics that can be discussed internally to help build strategies for approaching and executing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search capability can sometimes be a bit exhausting when looking for something specific. However, it does provide visibility to other calls that can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping build exposure to how calls are maintained throughout the onboarding workflow. It allows us to analyze and provide coaching strategies to peers on how to approach scenarios that can help guide the team.
Great at what it does
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search video recording transcripts and manage calls. Can easily keep track of customer journey and share amongst the team and with customers and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at this time though it can sometimes be difficult to find the exact call if multiple accounts exist for the same client or are entered differently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates seamlessly with salesforce and makes coaching and reviewing easy. I can search keywords across multiple calls, skim calls quickly for talk points and so on.

I love being able to have access to a transcript to really be able to see what is being said on a call in addition to any videos that might be shown as well

Would be nice to be able to search for key words within a transcript if you are looking for something

Providing a platform that will record calls with clients to be able to reference and review at later dates

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great way to be able to reference past recordings of my meetings. I also really enjoy being able to use the search function to find keywords that I spoke about.

Sometimes it is a little hard to find my previous accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I would not be able to recall the exact verbiage I had used on a call with a client. Now' I'm able to quickly go back and reference these if I never need to
Makes Onboarding as an AE a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has hands-down accelerated my learning tenfold. Listening to top reps' sales calls on time has greatly shortened my learning curve to feel confident speaking about our product. Can't recommend it enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile feature has a little less capability than the web version, but overall that is a small complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to practice and refine my talk tracks. I often listen to myself after most sales calls to see where I could improve for next time.
So Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has made it so much easier to listen to calls and also pull transcripts! I love that I can search for specific parts of a call using certain words that I have said in the call. Gong makes it easy to share and leave comments on certain parts of a call. Its also nice to be able to search and keep track of clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I really have with gong is that sometimes the calls take a very long time to transcribe and load, other then that it is a great and easy system to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it super easy to find a specific part of a call instead of having to guess what part you need to listen to. It's also great that everything stays organized and calls are easy to find and comment on.
Really helpful tool for creating meaningful follow-up as well as improving call skills.

2. Speed up the calls - super helpful when I have to go through a lot of videos.
3. Easily select to see what I need to follow up with on the call page within Gong. They also send a suggested follow-up email for this as well.
4. Request feedback directly on a specific call's page from my Manager or Colleagues.

2. Don't have an option for turning captioning on when just viewing the video.
3. Don't have an area that showcases what you've improved on over time in terms of the things they rate you on in your calls.
4. Expire externally shared calls after a certain period of time. My customers do training sessions with me and some times want to keep the call recording indefinitely.
5. I believe that it also requires my customers to 'sign in' to view a shared call.

Gong helps me remember what I need to provide my customer with after the call is over - as well as the context surrounding this as I take my own notes during a call. However, going back to get context or receiving the suggested things to follow up on emails they send is really helpful in making sure I caught everything during the customer call.
