Gong is powerful with analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to sift through a call and find the sound bite I am looking for seamlessly. Gong is really great on the analytics side of calls and detecting what is being said. The search functionality is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics in regard to deals I do not find insightful. I am unsure how Gong is plugged into our CRM, but the deals side that Gong sets forth within emails is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me by returning to recordings that need attention and finding information that was said on a prior call within seconds. It does a great job of finding information fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong automatically records & transcribes calls. It's great to know that you can talk with a prospect or client and not worry about notating everything a client says because you can always go back and listen. It's excellent for giving and receiving feedback on your phone skills. I also love that it makes it easy to send a call recording to a colleague to catch them up to speed on what's happening with a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like finding calls can be difficult in Gong. The search bar doesn't always pull up the right call, and the search filters can be clunky. Once you learn how to find things in Gong it's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping with coaching reps on their conversation skills. It is becoming a system of record for all phone conversations reps have within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It really does help me review, catch up, analyze everything I could need to in my role. It helps me become better and don't know what I would do without it. Never used anything else but don't imagine why we'd switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. It accomplishes everything I need it to. They even publish great content to help me in my role. So no pointers. I haven't noticed any bugs or anything that hinders me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me analyze what I need to do better in my role. Really great for coaching and reviewing as a team, leading me to be more productive and further my performance.
Automated recording rocks
What do you like best about the product?
The automation. We get an email with the recording, video, and transcript as soon as we get off the call. The smart followup reminders have been helpful too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is so great I can't think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and archiving of presentations. This helps us improve quality.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of insights you get from each call. I no longer have to take painfully detailed notes DURING a call. The automation & coaching to help you improve future calls is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong offers a ton of functionality. I don't have the time to fully leverage all there is to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call retrospectives, quickly identifying notes & details in calls that would have otherwise gone forgotten or unnoticed.

What do you like best about the product?
The video technology in and of itself is helpful. The recording tools let you see how a conversation went and where you can improve. In addition to that, the suggested touch points, metrics, and analytics take it to a different level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any downsides are petty. The AI voice alerting the start of a recording can be unhelpful. The task automation is a good idea, but doesnt necessarily reflect the current status of each convesation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives reps a chance to watch and critique their own calls. It also creates accountability within the organization as a whole. Theres no more need to wonder what was said on a call. We can go look at the Gong call and see for ourselves.
Gong has been a great way for me to evaluate my performance on customer calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong provides me interesting analytics like talk time ratio and pause length. I also like that it's tracking how many meetings I'm taking, and how interactive those meetings are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automated summary after a call gave me easy access to all the analytics for the call, instead of one highlighted analytic

What do you like best about the product?
Easy deployment and quality of tools, searchable speech and coaching to performance ability

Requires different accounts and for when you're managing different brand companies with different domains

Assisting with team coaching, performance improvement and suggestions on speech patterns
Great for Coaching
What do you like best about the product?
As a team lead, one of my main responsibilities is to provide feedback to our team members. Gong gives me the tools to be able to watch, review calls (timely too with speed functions), and provide the feedback I want by creating custom scorecards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search functionality is a bit clunky. I wish there was a better organization for calls vs. demos vs. other activities. However, this is a minor gripe as it doesn't get in the way of being able to use it productively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is giving me the ability to provide consistent and focused feedback to all of our team members. It also has great AI that can pick up lots of valuable phrases and actions during the call to be able to jump to key points without having to thumb through.
Great product and a great team
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has a great UI and is easy to immediately adopt. It provides value quickly through some of its most standard features and gives myself and my team fantastic insights regarding what is going on within our prospects and accounts. Gong helps us save time and resources and makes us more successful in the ways that we land, retain and expand our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have everything I need with Gong, though I would like to see the product release more features related managing existing customers (Customer Success use-case)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency on accounts and opportunities, reduced resource expenditure on calls (by listening to snippets after, rather than having more people attend entire calls), surfacing risk on opps and accounts, sharing calls internally and externally, viewing transcripts rather than listening through the recording to find what you need
