Great experience using gong

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to use in a sales role for training & learning purposes. Also great being able to look back and listen to your calls if you missed something while writing notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I would love for the calls to be processed quicker than they do but that's a nice to have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not enough time in the day to shadow my coworkers demos, i can watch on gong instead!

The ultimate Sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
I never have to focus on taking notes on my sales calls. Now i can focus all my time on listening and asking good questions. I also love that going through the sales call after i might have forgotten what we might have talked about years or months ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing you guys do a fantastic job. I love using this system and recommend it to all of my friends that are in sales. My closing numbers have gone way up since using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me analyze my calls. I can see how much i am talking and tell me when i need to shut my mouth and let the customer talk as well. I also love being able to search keywords through calls which eliminates time wasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's AI technology to transcribe calls with customers is exceptional. The feature set is rich for reviewing calls, sharing calls and scoring/rating for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about this application. I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
recording customer conversations for future review and playback, capturing action items and call stats, call scoring/feedback/coaching

The most impactful tool for improving sales team performance - ABM

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an exceptional platform that is best described as "Game-Tape". Gong enables users to track keywords mentioned throughout the call, identify customer sentiment and intuitively accelerates sales by identifying actions needed at an account level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love this platform, especially the UI/UX, it is truly unmatched. I think gong has an opportunity to introduce AI tools that can elevate the current experience and provide a more intuitive user experience under the deals tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an early stage startup organization, a lack of an L&D repository has impacted ramp-up for new sales hires. We've deployed gong, to better understand our customers, not miss anything, give the customers undivided attention, and at the same time we're building out a repository for training future AE's.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong can be used for so many aspects of my role - including onboarding/ongoing training, reviewing team performance, tracking communication with customers, etc. I can't see myself living without it now!
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically nothing! It's a fantastic tool :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to track customer conversations over time, as well as upskilling the team and onboarding new team members quickly by allowing them to view customer conversations across the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and user interface is very easy as well. I like how we as an account manager department uses it for training and can scroll through important details in the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have encountered just yet. So far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to narrow down which calls are Meaningful and can track conversations to optimize the account management department. We can use past conversations as examples of coaching for other account managers.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has allowed me to dedicate more time and focus to coaching my sales reps. Before Gong I had to ask to be invited to live calls, which my reps often just didn't do. With Gong I can listen to any call and provide instant feedback. I love that I can listen on a dog walk and provide feedback via voice note on the app not just written text. I love that I can search all calls for certain words, compare reps in terms of talk time, interactivity and be able to suggest improvements. I love that I can see a deal list with warnings that give me meaningful insight into what deals are in forecast but may have a red flag for various reasons ie only one point of contact, customer ghosted us, no follow up booked in etc This is actionable info I can use to coach my reps and make our pipeline more realistic / healthier and be alerted to issues early. Gong has changed the way I manage my team and I think it's an essential tool for any sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any! I guess you need to help reps get over the fact that it's a "big brother" tool and we're just monitoring them - but overall that has been quite easy as they see the benefits of using it and also being able to learn from their peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to listen to many more calls that i otherwise would have done - more visability into my reps and my pipeline.
I can put way more focus on coaching which is the best way of actually improving our number

Great sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great sales tool. I use it daily to review previous demos and sales calls, as well as to research topics I want more information on. The search by keyword function is great for finding specific information
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our team forgets to add the Gong call assistant before a call. If we add the assistant on the fly, it takes a couple minutes to join the meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is great for recording prospect calls to review later. The call insights provided by Gong are a great coaching tool and provide valuable insights about the performance of our sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to rewatch calls at 1.5x speed to take notes on discovery calls. This allows me to rewatch important portions of calls as well as more easily share customer feedback with my team
What do you dislike about the product?
The post-call recording processing turnaround window is unpredictable, which is sometimes hard to plan around when following up with prospects and customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catching up on any missed details during live calls; sales enablement for the wider team. Not focusing on note taking during calls allows me to be an active listener during calls which allows me to engage more with the prospect.
