Best to get recording

You can type and also record and it also gives you transscript

It takes time to load and the recording analize is way longer

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite aspects of Gong is that a provides real-time visibility into ongoing deals and customer interactions. I can access a comprehensive dashboard that shows the latest activities, such as calls, meetings, and emails related to their accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accurate Transcription: Gong.io relies on accurate transcription to provide insights and analytics. However, if someone has a heavy accent or speaks English as a second language, the transcription accuracy may be compromised. The system may struggle to accurately capture and transcribe words, which could result in incomplete or inaccurate data. This can hinder the ability to analyze conversations effectively and extract valuable insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and Coaching: Gong.io offers collaborative features that support team-wide knowledge sharing and coaching. Account managers can easily share specific call recordings or snippets with colleagues or managers to seek feedback or advice on specific customer interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Coaching and training for our sales teams: Gong provides tools that help support like me as I develop our teams. It enables leaders like me to examine and comment on audio recordings of sales talks, spot coaching opportunities, and exchange best practices. Our sales teams may improve their abilities, hone their strategies, and eventually close more deals with the assistance of this coaching tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve: For our new agents, Gong's extensive features and capabilities may present a learning curve. It takes time to properly comprehend and successfully use all of Gong's features, according to some of our agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limited comprehension of our prospect's behavior and preferences: Gong's AI-powered insights give us a greater knowledge of their choices. Gong assists sales people like us with identifying trends, customer pain areas, objections, and buying signals by analyzing conversations. This information enables our sales teams to customize their strategies, better answer customer needs, and ultimately clinch more deals.

Great for Team Resources, Call review, and Evidence

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our team can snippet calls and share with the team for continued training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Gong for call reviews and sharing snippets, so it really is great for that. I do have trouble knowing if a Zoom call is going to be in Gong or not, as not all Zoom calls should go into Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every sales rep has different conversations and styles of learning, so Gong is great to help to hone our pitch and learn more from other team members and managers.

Gong is like Big Brother, if you trust your employees you don't need it.

Training remote employees is challenging. The benefit of training in a more simplified manner. Not more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility, checking the recordings in real-time and conducting coaching through the visibility of QA and supervisors feedback. I was able to self-monitor and be guided for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time. It works well for me.

The ability to check and monitor your calls in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
With access to Gong, I have access to a full history of conversations and transcripts from ever customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript is nice but needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased Productivity. I have the ability to search a call and find specific sections based on key words rather than listening to the entire call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it automatically adds itself to my meetings with my clients and makes it super easy for me to review calls and send recordings and even crop the recordings if I need to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me figure out what I can do better in my calls and improve my overall experience for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm unsure how I would do business without call recording and transcription from Gong. The ability to go back and review my prospect and customer conversations is instrumental to timely and accurate follow-up.

I use Gong, not only to review my performance on calls, but to take notes, review the transcript, and ensure I respond to all of my customers questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be clunky sometimes. I feel like I can't always quickly find my call or look at previous calls with a customer. There are a few extra clicks involved than I would prefer.

Another minor annoyance is that I can't easily change the name of an account/deal and so it'll populate as it came in through our CRM vs. the actual name of the opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving my ability to be a thorough and accurate Account Execeutive. Without the service, I would have a hard time keeping on top of my customer questions -- particularly in my field, as sales and solutioning is a complex process.

I feel Gong is a great tool, very easy to navigate. There is nothing that I don't like about it
