A Great Prodcut
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and gives our team great analytics of their client conversations. I love the Keyword search function. It's great when you're attempting to pinpoint where a topic came up during an hour-long call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls can sometimes be tied to multiple client names that don't represent how the client is named in our CRM. However, the workaround is looking up the call participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can solve issues of what is being relayed by our team to management by a team member. We now know exactly what was discussed on a call.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps me keep track of all my deals, how they are progressing, and even informs me when a deal is beginning to age. One of my favorite features is the post call analytics and scoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is actively developing new features and capabilities. While this is great, the core product could be neglected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better track engagement and call sentiment.

Able to increase my performance with the capability to review and analyze my calls.
Super easy to use and helps make recording meetings a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and it makes it easy to capture notes and action items coming out of a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think that Gong could improve is the AI slightly - sometimes action items are missed or not completely accurate, however, given you can always go back and watch it makes it easy to go back and double check when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of meeting notes and also allows me to share out meetings after they occur with team members if they had conflicts/couldn't make it.
Gong is best in class call recording and analytics software
What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps transcribe and record calls to allow sales reps to take less notes, managers to pull insights off data and call coaching can be made easier for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
manual set up process of triggers, libraries and scorecards can be tough when no sales enablement team exists. This has been time intensive for us, but the rewards of having this software far outweigh the set up effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording. Integrations to SFDC to help track meetings and progress. Sales coaching can now be done at a wider scale helping reps to improve over time and new hires to have a library of what good looks like. Analytics and intelligence helps leadership see trends at a high level for our organization and drill into individual rep details as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is an excellent software platform, and its pricing may concern smaller businesses or those operating on a tight budget. The cost of implementing Gong's services may not be feasible for organizations with limited financial resources.

Gong provides visibility into the sales process by capturing and analyzing sales conversations. It helps sales managers and leaders gain insights into the quality of customer interactions, deal progress, and potential roadblocks. This visibility enables proactive decision-making, better pipeline management, and more accurate forecasting.
Maximize gong productivity, accountability, and effectiveness
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Gong allows me to better manage phone calls - I no longer need to take extensive notes, and clear lines of communication are established between team members. Its automated email summaries of call follow-up actions ensure that the prospect has all the information needed to make a decision, while its labeling support gives us an efficient way to share calls with other sales reps or supervisors for quality review and feedback. By optimizing a key element of my job as a sales rep, Gong has enabled me to be more productive and successful in my customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Gong video playback experience incredibly frustrating due to the long buffering times. As a result, I am unable to use certain features such as pausing, rewinding, and viewing transcripts until the page has fully loaded, which takes far too long. For me, this software would not be considered complete without a solution to these loading issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Gong helps me achieve a higher level of productivity, accountability and effectiveness by automatically recording important business calls for future reference. This removes distractions from conversations and allows for clear communication between myself and others involved.
Easy access tool for call recording ,call listening and great for Training and quality check
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a user-friendly tool, easy to access call recording, Maximes the effectivity of our QA team. Has been transcribed too! Great work!

some delays, but so far so good, No issue so far

Helps us to review calls and better follow up with prospects. It's also great for training, identifying areas of improvement and managing sales teams.
Really great transcript
What do you like best about the product?
I have an accent when I speak English, and other transcription tools never catch my pronunciation for certain words right. Gong does an excellent job in identifying how non-Anglo accents pronounce words.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried making one of my calls private but I am not 100% sure if it worked. I had to get permission from a colleague to make it private so the process wasn't very smooth and i am not confident if my call is actually rpivate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily coy and paste the transcript from Gong to my own feedback document. I haven't been able to do this with other tools before.

Sharing conversations with other colleagues. Taking notes automatically for us.

I don't have anything to complain about.

Gong allows us to share meetings efficiently with other team members and save time. Also allows only one team member to be at the meeting as Gong will take notes automatically.
