Easy to Use and Great for Coaching!

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to provide specific coaching on calls, integration with Gainsight is cool, and overall just a well thought out product that is allowing me and my team to get higher quality feedback and coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most call recording tools, it has a heavy emphasis on Sales based metrics/scorecards/etc. As a Customer Success leader, I'd love to see more CS based metrics/use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to join calls with my team in person to witness how they're working with their clients and it took up a ton of time and relied on me remembering what was said or hoping I took clear notes. With Gong, I can watch calls after the fact and point out specific moments to coach my team on. Additionally, if I do join the call, I can focus more on the conversation rather than taking notes, and if I want to find a specific moment after the fact, I just have to search the transcript to find the specific moment I wanted to reference.

Great platform for the busy professional

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides easy recording, transcribing, and next-step planning for the busy professional. This is great for both a sales professional and customer success team to ensure all action items are captured and makes future reviewing simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can have connection issues on Safari, however, it functions effectively on other browsers. Overall its a great product / platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps our team stay organized and captures live calls without each member having to remember to hit the record button.

What do you like best about the product?
I love when I need to listen back to a call through Gong, that I can search keywords, see who at what point in the timeline was contributing, and the reminders for client followups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Its amazing. I literally love everything about Gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer call recordings. Our managers will listen back to our interactions with customers, and Gong actually helps us reach some of our KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcript feature where we can find exact conversations required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind so I am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing customer interactions and revisiting the calls for gathering more detailed insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The way we can search for accounts, key phrases, or people on the call. It's been a lifesaver as I take on a new role in the organization. I really like that I can review past calls without needed to ask for access to other's calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a little disheartening to lose data so if we can't access it there are no backups. I would like to be able to download the calls and transcripts as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure everyone knows the deliverables and expectations we set on the call are transparent and documented.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my manager and I are able to always come back and listen to a call and make sure I am doing my best.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I am not able to think of one thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I cam saying something that is not working I am able to catch it when I listen back to my convos.

What do you like best about the product?
It is well-suited for sales meetings and internal team meetings. It’s a good tool for capturing and analyzing conversations with prospects, making it easier to identify key insights and trends that can help close deals faster. It’s not the best tool for analyzing conversational data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Some features could be faster, but overall it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The statistics around calls and demo's allowing for feedback to be grounded in real life stats and provide a foundation for team and employee improvemant
What do you dislike about the product?
It's separation from other platforms. Meaning theres no way for on the go statistics and analysis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps with providing statisics on our team members and create foundations for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the product is it is very user friendly. Easy to navigate and a lot of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the recordings are garbled. Maybe we should improve the quality of the recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching and call recordings/file management.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search keywords in a transcribed call is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides! (Unless you don't like that everyone and anyone can watch your meetings.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't immediately have to take notes on every call. I have the ability to go back and listen to a call or hear what follow-ups the client needs.
