What do you like best about the product?
we can listen to the calls of those who are pro in terms of pitching and getting appreciations from their clients on every call they take

translation part could be better, sometimes it misses on some words

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to maintain the call control and correct our rate of speech

It would be better if we can access gong calls immediately

So far, Gong was so helpful to improve my way of consulting the advertisers and agencies, I have been using the Gong from 3 quarters and it was so easy to use and happy to work.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a really briiliant applications that helps users understand what should be done on calls ,whenever in doubt you can always use he app to listen to some of the best calls to upskill yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does complete the purpose of the application so nothing much that I would like to change but would love to access all calls in the world and learn from those
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to learn alot of things from the calls, Which has helped me grow my communication and sales skill I ve learnt how to handle the objections given by clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful and insight full. Its a Brialliant app. Couldnt ask for more. Need to learn a lot and a smart AI that potentially helps people to learn on day to day basis

People are getting handg of it they can listen to other calls and alsoi get to learn the best practises and which will get us a nbetter customer statisfactory calls

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Gong is that you can put in keywords and can search for the possible calls that will help you improve your skills that we are lacking in,let it be product or objection handling.Further we can also look for sellers who are doing exceptionally well in terms of quality,ultimately it helps us understand what are the areas where we can further improve.Being in a sales process every day is learning day and Gong makes it a lot more easier to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Gong for 3 quarter and i do not find anything that i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales rep it is very beneficial when you listen to calls which have great quality in terms of product and objection handling.As mentioned before, searching for calls by putting in keywords of that specific issue to find a solution or a call which helps you understand what could have been better.The best part is you get to listen to your own calls and you understand the various dynamics that have been working well and as well as which are not.While listening to your calls as well you can skip directly to a specific product so that you can listen to it once again if that has worked out. Overall Gong is an amazing product,makes sellers life a lot easier and kudos to the team who created it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's seemless to capture meetings and view them. I come from a product management background and have used Gong mostly to gather a better understanding of my customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcriptions are often comically poor. That said, if there's something you're searching for you can often guess at what common bad transcriptions will be and still find what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, I'm not a core user profile for Gong. However, it is capturing a ton of user feedback that I've been able to learn from to make our products better. It also helps me understand how materials and training I've delivered for sales teams is playing in the field, which makes me better at my job.

My favorite Gong story: Sales leadership told me that we were struggling to position ourselves against a category of tools that we didn't directly compete with. Instead of building a training deck for how to deal with those questions right away, I searched for those tools in Gong calls. I found that they were mentioned to some reps but not others. Digging in, I saw that early in the conversation the reps were saying we were different than those tools but not specifying how. When asked later, they struggled. We tried a simple change - stop mentioning those other tools early in the conversation. Sales was happy and when I checked the numbers, mentions of the tool category had dropped by 90% over the next two months. Without data, searchable transcripts and trends, we would have spent tens of hours building and consumming training. With Gong, it took a couple of hours work total to identify that we were sabatoging ourselves and stop it.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to review calls and sort by relevant key words. Does help us stay organized and train new people on good and bad calls. It is also helpful for follow up calls to be able to quickly review our initial call and remember relevant facts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get way too many emails and notifications. I am sure our admin could reduce this but its frankly annoying getting bombarded with notifications for something that is just a tool for me to use when I want to

It makes it easier for us to remember calls with prospects and send calls to others for coaching and peer review. It also makes it easy to search for key words and find out what is working with clients and what isnt

It's the way take notes and review performance in 2023!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it's really fantastic! I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it puts sales conversations at our fingertips, I can get very deep with prospects. I also get excellent coaching from our L&D team and our Sales leaders. It's just an irreplaceable tool, very grateful we have it at my company!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics on a call, helping me pull insights from calls and also allowing me to measure my patience and how long my customer is talking to allow me get better for my next call
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the search function can be a bit difficult some times, the names pulled from integration with salesforce can be skewed and doesn't always match my opportunity or lead name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows my manager to review my call quality easier without having to listen to random recorded calls with no analytics or data pulled, and it is easy to share good calls that other team members have.
