What do you like best about the product?
listening and improving our own call taking ability and also listening to others best calls

the interface keeps getting stuck a lot and also has some bugs . would love to see a smooth experience

to help understand the needs of advertiser and also work on providing appropriate resolution

What do you like best about the product?
We get a lot to learn and understand about the new insights. Different methods of conversation depending on the product and process. Lot of different persperctive of learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that can be disliked . All the things are organized and segreated properly wherin we can indivisul see and listen different program calls and work on improving indivisually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is giving us better idea on how efficiently we can talk to our clients and also to learn from different conversations made. Lot of valuable information in Gong Library.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the tool is user friendly and easy to access . The features on the Gong are insghtful and are convenient to unserstand to use them optimally to get best results out of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest , I haven't found anything on the app that I dislike till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me in understanding how to handle various objections during the consultation and gives us the exposure to listen to various scenarios . Overall it has been an absolutely amazing tool.

What do you like best about the product?
we can listen to our gong calls and we can also create a private library . and the best part is the calls will be stored for about 1 year in gong .
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it is slow to load the calls .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can listen to the best calls which we took and practice them in implementing in the other calls as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about gong is that it helps me in listening to my own calls. It ensures that I better the calls each time. Also, it has a feature for my TL to review and leave comments
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I dislike is that I can't listen to the calls right away as soon as I take them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problems like it helps me understand what I've pitched on the call as it is not quite possible for me all the times that I can remember what is being said or pitched.
