Help for my ADHD brain
What do you like best about the product?
I don't think I can work without Gong ever again! I manage a lot of accounts, and when I forget something or didn't take great notes, I can rely on Gong to save the day. It helps me make sure I followup on all my action items, and it's easy to share recorded calls with customers.
I also really like the AI search. Sometimes I need to find something that happened on a customer call from 2 years ago. Or an email! I can better understand a customer's goals or learn why a contract was worded the way it was.
It's like a second brain that can transport to the past and help me keep everything together.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Works perfectly! No changes I'd make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to remember what happened on previous calls or in emails.
Gong is the future of sales archiving
What do you like best about the product?
Gong uses AI to summarize past sales interactions to provide key insights on how to best proceed with the sales cycle. For example, Gong can summarize client goals based on past interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I do not dislike anything about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a lot of accounts. I often cannot remember everything that a client tells me. However Gong records, organizes, and summarizes my client interactions. Gong alerts me when I promised to follow up with a client. Gong also reminds me when I promised to deliver a specific result to a client. Gong also summarizes the entire history of client interactions. This allows me to best prepare myself for renewals.

Generating summaries and follow up emails, linking all assets and comms of the customers journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I almost rely on it TOO MUCH. I am in customer success and always use gong call videos to gauge where a customer is at.

Providing summaries of customer calls and interactions.
Great Way to Stay on Top of Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Usage of flows and being able to see all communication easily with my accounts. I also like the email AI feature especially after recorded calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't synch to salesforce. Thus it requires me to do a lot of f/u steps for logging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me stay on top of renewal process. Also helps me keep track of key points discussed in a meeting.
Great tool to recap and follow up with clients
What do you like best about the product?
I’m new to this tool, my company just introduced me to it and I’m fascinated. It gives me valuable insights, even when I review previous interactions from before I joined the company. I also really love the feature of being able to ask general questions about the accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that in the client timeline there isn’t an option to filter by month, so you have to scroll through everything to find what you need.

Help me be updated with more than 20 clients.
Gong is a MUST for sales
What do you like best about the product?
it keeps records and recordings of all my calls with the customers, and the transcripts and analytics of the calls are available as well

Sometimes it takes over 1 day for the call recording to pop up and be available to listen to

I can listen to my calls with the clients and analyze it

A goldmine for product marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate, searchable transcripts. Helpful AI summaries. Easy sharing internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to analyze calls in bulk. Would love for the AI functionality to extend beyond just summarizing individual calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super important for customer research, reviewing Sales calls, capturing testiminoial calls for case studies, and more.
Gong is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the call summaries that highlight what was discussed and action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is still figuring out how to translate audio and often times makes mistakes - especially with acronyms or specific software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of follow up notes from client calls so if i'm paying attention to the client and don't write down every single thing, I know that Gong will pick it up in the notes.
Must have for Account Managers, Customer Success and Sales

Seamless notetaking and recording of the call - ability to review highlights, to dos and the entire script

Sent emails do not integrate - since I use a CRM that syncs my email, it would allow me to see the entire picture of what I shared with a client.
