Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is we can listen to our own calls and rectify our own mistakes. We can even listen to our colleuges calls and do the share the best practices with the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing to dislike about Gong. It is a very useful tool for beginners who joined the company recently to listen to the best calls taken by the best performers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rectifying our own mistakes and improve our conversation skills. The tool helps us to listen to calls of our best employees best practices and to improve our skills aswell.

Sometimes a seller might not remember about the minute details discussed on call. Gong is very helpful to always go back and listenung to the calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. Good to listen to our calls.Gong helps us analyze one´s calls and help us have a detailed understanding about what are the grey areas that needs to be worked upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Gong for 4 quarters and i do not see that it needs any improvement as mentioned before as it has been very helpful in analyzing calls. I work as pod lead which helps me understand what are aspects my team members need to work on to improve their quality on calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier i have been listening to the calls of the members under my wing in the team which ultimately helps me analyze their calls and understands what are the ares they need to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great oppurtunity to improve our learning curve by listening to our own calls as well as listening to the calls that are tagged by other, easy navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much for as of now but as we continue to use this platform, we might come up with some thing that needs to imrovise, however if anything could be done in terms of Gong interface that would be really great,like for an example graphical representations of performance on call etc.

Its a great plarform which has solved the problem of listening and analysing the calls, as previously there was no oppurtunity to listen to calls at our own pace and time.

What do you like best about the product?
At first I was sceptical about our company implementing Gong for our client facing calls, but after giving it a chance, I really came to appreciate the different ways it's helped me track and report on my techniques on a call, as well as how I fit within the recommended stats. I love how easy it is to search up key words in calls within my organization as well because it creates a great mentoring opportunity by giving me a chance to see other team member's calls and learn about how they approach their calls as well. Overall I'd say that Gong has helped me get insightful stats around my calls, as well as provided great coaching opportunities (from my manager's comments as well as from being able to watch my coworkers calls) and improve the areas of my client calls that I perhaps didn't realize could be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I think Gong could improve would be the reporting capabilities on participants of a call. Unfortunately, Gong will only provide stats for the person hosting the call (whoever created the meeting invite) and not for all participants of the call. In many instances, since I'm a part of the sales process, I have to attend meetings that have been booked by my coworker by I end up leading the majority of the call. In these cases, Gong isn't able to provide call stats for my contribution to the call and will only provide stats for the person hosting the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By understanding the recommended metrics Gong provides and seeign where I fit relative to them, it's helped me analyze my own approach and adjust my technique to fit those metrics for added success.

The Script option in gong is amazing it helps me get a gyst of call before auditing

I will be able to access the calls added to the library from various parts of the world and that helps me in understanding how to coach my sellers
