What do you like best about the product?
It provides accurate details of the call taken with the customer. It also shares us the feedback to improve on our language. This really helps us to improve in our future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should add the gong recording even when you disconnect the meeting and join the meeting again. And it should give us an option to add the gong recording even after stopping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Delay in joining
What do you like best about the product?
Gong feedback and the transcript which it provides help to improve the conversation with the stakeholders and helps to improve communication skills.The trancript which gong helps to go through our mistakes and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong sometimes join the meeting late and when we're in middle for conversation it start saying about the recording. Many times when we send the Gong invite to join the meeting in last moment gong take time to join the meeting

Yes to improve conersation with stakeholders and improve communication skills, we can anytime go through the transcript to know the quality of conversation which is helping to improve

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis of gong for the call are very good and its providing us to pitch better to our clients and provide them a better explanation of the topics that we want to discuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The talk ratio is very low and in our job we have to explain everything to the advertiser and we need to pitch more, so if the talk ratio would increase it would be better for us.

The analysis of gong for the call are very good and its providing us to pitch better to our clients and provide them a better explanation of the topics that we want to discuss.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very handy and the main advantage is that You don't need to worry about the recording part. The one thing that I want to mentioned here is that Please increase the standard talk ratio from 65% to some more extend, because we have talk more in order to provide all education requirements of the advertiser. Thanks.

Gong assistance should wait over the call for more time.

Gong is self analyzing tool which provide the exact analysis of the calls that we are making through it and its really helping us to improve our performance Wow.

Being able to see where I can improve on my calls, and also seeing succesful calls from colleagues that I can learn from.

Not much that I can think of, but sometimes it is slow to import and analyze.

Invaluable for learning and follow-ups
What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides the call replay, including screen share and video, and translates the call to a transcript. The transcript feature is great for quickly searching keywords, so you can immediately go to that section of the call.
Having recordings allows you to learn from mistakes, hone presentation skills, and capture follow-ups.
Sharing calls externally with clients is also very easy. You can send a link to the entire call or a snippet and set an expiration time.
Gong integrates with most CRM tools so Sales, CSM, and Operations can all stay in sync.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't dive into more advanced settings or full capability. For my needs as a CSM, I find Gong to be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking and follow-up. When you have multiple calls, you can't remember every detail or what you may or may not have committed to doing. Being able to review your calls for the day allows you to capture and send meaningful notes and updates.
A great tool for tracking deals and conversations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to access recordings of previous calls in Gong! Not having to sit through long live conversations makes it so much easier to get up to speed with a new company. By taking the time to listen to and study specific calls, I can learn more information that would otherwise be difficult or even impossible with just busy schedules and phone lines. What's great about Gong is its library of relevant conversations - and the addition of personalised folders for organised note-taking also helps me keep track of my progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Gong extremely cumbersome and irritating. It is not designed in a way that makes sense, so it takes extra effort just to use the platform. It can also be difficult to track calls and understand all of its pipeline management features - something most people struggle with but are reluctant to admit. In summary, I am deeply dissatisfied with this software.

Great experience with Gong -- does exactly what I need and does it well!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very straightforward and easy to use, not only for internal users, but my clients as well. I enjoy that it's so simple to add to all my calls and know that I can rely on it to just work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features that they just implemented are still in their infancy, but I believe they'll get there shortly. It's also not very intuitive to add to an already in progress call.

We use Gong to record all engagements with clients to better keep quality up related to client interactions. This data is invaluable to ensuring we gather all requirements from the client and ensure nothing is missed.
