What do you like best about the product?
The recordings, we can actually search recordings using keywords,which no other apps or sites provided.This is the best thing

The talk ratio should be more than 65 %, the reason is we have to talk for more time with the clients

What do you like best about the product?
Love the way it tracks each and every word from Verbal to script. Gong has helped me in improving my Pronouncial and the way of putting the words in sentence. Its a very good experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
In all the platforms we have pros and cons, in GOng the only cons what I see is, when we finish our call it takes 20-30 mints to get the call script. I would relly appreciate if we can recieve the call script within 10-15, so that we can continue our calls without any breaks.

Gong has solved my mojor problem that is the pronouncials and putting the words in sentance, I always checks gong script once im doing with call. In order to check the call quality

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature where it sends me reminders about good calls/calls with potential to follow up on. If not for Gong, I would've spaced calling one of my good prospects once she got back from vacation! I was able to book a great demo. I also just love listening back on conversations and watching the demos I've scheduled to gauge interest and excitement about our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit to process the calls, but otherwise I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reminding me about all of the great conversations I've had with prospects and letting me know when I should follow back up.

Setting up call is still a little longer process which take some time also a timely report will be good

Great Tool to learn

What do you like best about the product?
It is been more than 4 months , and the interface is good and the bar to let us know the dead air between us and clients. We can jump to the specific topic with single keyword.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would request team to work on Subtitles, it is giving incorrect translation. And it would be better if I can access my calls ASAP after it ends. It would be great if it gives suggestion as per each call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can access the counterpart calls and listen to them. and we can learn where we are lacking in the topic. And I listen to my calls again and it let's me know the oppurtunities.

Gong is incredible!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super simple, intuitive, and easy to use. I love that it connects calls from the same account so that I can easily watch a deal happen from discovery to close. It even includes the emails that are sent between meetings so that I can learn and see what successful reps are doing between meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like about Gong. I used Chorus.ai at my last company and I liked it then - but now that I've used Gong, I would never go back. It's superior in many ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a remote sales rep for my company so I miss out on a lot of the learning that happens through osmosis of being in the office. I spend 30 minutes on Gong every day watching other successful reps to learn what they're doing. I have learned a ton by watching other reps sales calls.

I also use it to review my own sales calls prior to a subsequent meeting. It's so helpful to re-listen to what prospects say. I am a good note-taker, but I still will miss something key the first time around. Re-listening a 2nd and 3rd time helps me catch little things that matter.

What do you like best about the product?
Transciprtions are very beneficial for reviewing calls after they take place. I like how it also integrates with our SF CRM instance which gives us a bi-directional view and sync of our sales opportunities. You may update things in Gong or in SF and the updates are pretty instant. I like how you can create snippets of certain calls - focusing on the most important part of the topic discussed versus having to listen to the entire call beginning to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't necessarily a dislike, but I would like some features from a UI perspective to be more friendly. For example, when I want to add comments to my sales opps in Gong, it opens up a new window for every opportunity. I'd prefer for it to stay in one screen especially when I'm updating multiple opportunities at the end of the week. Sometimes the snipping feature of a call gets finicky so there is always room for improvement on how to make it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps by giving our direct manager the option to review parts of our calls on what can be done better for future calls. We can pinpoint certain parts of the conversation to discuss ways to improve or keep something the same for our next customer call.
