Makes SalesForce way easier to manage
What do you like best about the product?
At one glance, I see all of the information I need to update Sales Management. A great deal of time is saved managing a pipline, tracking deals and identifying gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor UX issues I think t hey need to work out to make the tool flow better. But...these are minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time tracking deals......Tracking conversations, identifying key action items, reporting to management

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a very user friendly app as you get to listen to your own calls and analyse what has been working the best for you and what are the aspects one needs to work on.

I have been using Gong for 5 quarters and the updates which have been introduced over the period of time.More than satisfied with the current performance of Gong..

Helps you analyze your own calls and help you understand what are the dynamics working well for you and what have been not working.Not only you get to listen to your calls but calls of your fellow mates who are top performers,ultimately which helps you learn good practices from their calls as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives the review of our connect very soon which makes us to review our call very easily and take back the learning from our last call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong somtimes take so much time to review the call, if it can be quicker it will be more useful

Gong helps us to review on what we have spoken wrong and transcripts it to change our way of pitching in the sales call.

Gets Me Through Missed Meetings Faster
What do you like best about the product?
Gong increases my capacity as a consultant by allowing me to be involved with more client strategizing without having to be on the intial call. It makes notetaking obsolete since I can watch these engagements with my own eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently Gong's recorder is a bit difficult to "invite" into MS Teams calls. Also, shared calls expire more rapidly than I would like. Call analysis itself is always great, though.

With call analytics, the system helps to visualize conversations with talk times. It identifies keywords and action items on calls making me much more productive.

A clear startagies and talk ratio makes us to maintain our sales pitch and suggestion for increasing the customer story is one of the added advantage
