What do you like best about the product?
Helps in reviewing the calls and can be shared itner and intra team. Great tool to help if you are new and want to have more insights at your ease.

there is nothing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in sharing the repository with all the new folks to have a great insight at there time of ease
Gong has levelled up my sales game and ensures I never miss any critical insights from clients
What do you like best about the product?
- Follow up prompt post call, means I don't forget about key follow up required and can keep clients engaged
- Transcript means I can quickly skim a call for insights without having to listen back to the whole call
- Beneficial to be able to watch colleagues calls when getting up to speed on clients

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to say- it's been really beneficial to my workflow

- Keep track of previous calls and understanding quickly what was spoken about in a number of minutes
- Analysis of conversations to allow me to get up to speed on follow up actions

Easy to use, more than just a coaching tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Gong to recap my calls after meetings. Its easy to pop it open, refresh my notes, and check to see what I may have missed. I can craft the email directly in Gong and ship it out to the prospect same day. Of ocurse its also a wonderful enablement tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside exactly. Sometimes I struggle to find the calls I'm looking for. Other times I may not have deals at risk that Gong thinks are at risk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is doing a good job of helping me keep track of my deals. Enterprise deals have many moving parts, and its difficult to keep track or keep meticulous notes in a meeting without taking away from listening to the prospect.

Recordings are clear and I always hear the calls when i have a review call, recordings are listed as per the dates which is a very good thing. You can always look back at recordings when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime few words are missing in the recording not sure if its because of the network or issue with gong. I guess this is the only issue that I see with gong currently.

quality is what improves everytime I go back and listen to the call recordings.

Good way to listen to your own calls and learn your own mistakes and it will help not to repeat

- Ability to quickly search call transcripts, trackers, and initiative adoption
- Account overview with emails and calls in a timeline
- Visibility into team metrics for coaching (calls listened, feedback, scorecards)

- Transcripts can be slightly off, so searching can require finessing terms
- It can be difficult to search a high volume of calls without clicking into individual calls
If I were to recommend product enhancements, I would request:
- More integration with AI and Google Suite would be helpful to create automated follow-up emails
- More focus on Customer Success renewals and best practices to differentiate sales vs. CSM roles
- More insight into closed-lost deals and customer pain points
- It can be difficult to search a high volume of calls without clicking into individual calls
If I were to recommend product enhancements, I would request:

Good to be able to hear your sales process and be able to make improvements on the next call!

Haven't found anything I dislike yet! The benefits outweight the negative.

Gong is solving my weaknesses in my sales approach and boosting the success of my sales.
It is easy to use but maybe it can be made more simpler.

The best thing is what anyone who listens to the calls can write a review about it, I feel it is like an open forum where people can learn more easily.

I feel there could be more filters like the date/time to find the calls more easily.

We are able to listen to calls and give or receive feedback through we the quality of our work will be more efficient and better.
Love what Gong has become

I love how Gong has expanded its offering with automated email templates to streamline followups.. also enjoy their content and data they bring to sales professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can not think of any downsides of Gong..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I listen to plenty of Gong calls to help get up to speed with my new industry. I also enjoy their automated email templates to send the recording to prospects when necessary.
