What do you like best about the product?
Gong has many amazing features which helps me with the conversations and the transcripts helps me undersatand everything more clearly.

Sometimes the transcript does not capture the words accurately

Some times the transcript words are not really accurate, but it is alright because most of the words are captured correctly
