Very good interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand interface and provides good information

Page load time is a bit high with good network connection

The ability to search call recordings, it's easin transcribing calls, and the ability to secure call recordings

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing sales calls allows us to improve our communication with clients. Being able to search keywords within records is vital to our sales managers.

Easy to use and review team calls. Ability to leave comments with time stamps and transcripts.

Adding gong to calls can be challenging when its not automatically set up.

allows me to review my team meetings and discept common customer feedback
This tool is a gold mine of knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong to see how my co-workers are handling industry related questions/concerns. It also helps me get a feel for customers personalities prior to taking them on as a client. I can review material on my own time. Also the insights tab helps me see where to improve in my interactions. I use this tool nearly every day, and highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I am currently aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me to gain insights into the way I conduct myself on calls compared to teammates. Searching key words and phrases and subscribing to those when needed to stay up to date on industry related info being discussed in calls.

We can learn things from Gong and can listen to our own calls and check for the mistakes and learn from the previous mistakes and can get better and with that we are getting better.

I dont have any dislike for now as gong is been great for us.As already told we have been great experience with gong and we are looking forward more from it its been great.

Gong is Solving our issues of what we are doing the mistakes so that we can get better and benefit from that is we get to learn more things and we get to see new things from Gong as well

It helps me assess myself. It helps me take notes of what I and the customer spoke on call. So i can always go back to it when i wanna recall something.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speech to text (or) transcription is not very accurate. I might not be able to listen to the call at all times, so accurate transcription would really help that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep a transcript of the conversation, topics discussed. It also helps us remember how the conversation went.
Very convenient. Especially the transcripts.

The fact that I can go back to it and listen to my calls anytime I want. This helps me identify my mistakes and correct them.

The comment feature can get stuck sometimes. It makes it very difficult to tag my peers.

Helps me identify areas I missed out and what could have been done better to be more convincing.
gong is great to listen to my own calls but the data it captures doesn't seem right sometimes

The transcript isn't very accurate and based on that we get a scoring which shouldn't happen as the more than half of the data incorrect

What do you like best about the product?
I like how gong has the feature where the text comes up and the accuracy of it. And also marking the duration for each task helps me review the quality of my call quickly. This helps me save time and also work on the oppurtunities to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong could improve the accuracy while converting the speech to text. It could be imprvoed to understand the flow of the call in a much better way. Other than that i am satisfied with performance.

It is helping me understand my call flow better. And it is helping me do it in quick time as i can go through the text that is converted from the speech and I do not have to listen to the whole call.
