What do you like best about the product?
It is a wonderful tool, it helps understand and learn form our b=mistakes and also makes us understaand whaat best we can do to make it better

calls taken from the google meet will not be recorded is the only thing that I dislike

helps us to come over the hurdles in the work flow it helps us understand what better could we do in the next calls that we take

What do you like best about the product?
The live recording and listening in to active calls is fantastic! It is also great that there is the option to see who did what percentage of the speaking. Beyond that, it is great to see which calls actually occur without having to check with each one of my teammates after the fact to see if it actually happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced less than satisfactory connection/latency when viewing video calls, whether I am viewing live or after the fact. Plus, the video quality is pretty low quite often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves for business intel. More specifically, it makes it possible for me to easily go back to one place to review all of my meetings in order to adjust my wording to communicate better with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is all around a great product. You are able to see the percentage of which attendees were speaking on a call. I love the stats and analytics. Each call will give you the talk ratio, longest monologue, longest customer story, interactivity, patience score, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of anything. Not only do I enjoy using Gong but I have seen consistent prodcut releases. Newly released is the call spotlight which reviews a call brief and next steps. This is helpful if you are not able to listen to the audio but still need to glean information from the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Customer Success and the analytics let us know what we can improve on. We are able to see when the customer is engaged, speaking, and asking questions.

At times it gets hanged which is a tech issues but that have never been an issue. Found little completed to upload the records

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us understand how can we improve by listening to our calls again and again. It helps in getting feedback as to where can we improve and make our selfs better

The translations are not very accurte it doesn't show the correct one and sometimes the gong works really slow which is the only draw back about gong over all no complaints

It helps us to hear our own calls and help us understand areas of learning as it has a feature to share feedbacks. It makes us understand how can we improve while having a conversation

Hong has been very helpful with the overall tools and options, could have been more specific.
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you in-detail options and improvisations space, helps you undesratnd and gives more ideas to work on scenarios for later future purpose. Has come up with good number of options to impliment. Quick results. The best part is it gives you option also to tag the person whom you want to be kep aware about the call. Cut short a certain part pf the call that y0ou want a review on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could also let us know the end result of what the advertiser pace and tone could be helpful to us, as been working into an international platform. The tone and improvisation from the advertiser point of view also can make sure how well we can make it work more better and better.

It helps me give ideas and improve more and more on the persobal front on how can I make my calls more customer centric and help me grow no matter where. Helped me and my organization grow.

It helps my Quality Analyst give me feedbacks time to time. It allows me to listen to my calls whenever i need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is not great. It never identifies my speech. It also spells words differently.

Keeping a record of the conversation. Helping me remember the topics discussed. Compare calls to know my progress.
Gong has been very helpful in providing summary of each call and meeting that we can always look.
What do you like best about the product?
The summary of the call is what I really like and how it is integrated to our teams and with the transcription so we have the option to read or to re-listen to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downside, I understand that summary of the call is not available real time but still this is something that will still be available after a few minutes. Right now, I really can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not getting all the customer's query and not being familiar with their language. We have clients from different industries and there are times that they uses language different from what we used to encounter. Because of the function where it is recorded his benefits us to re-listen do some research then came up of a better recommendations after further review.
Too ubiquitous not to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's so popular that by osmosis it feels very user friendly. Call recording and transcript is nice for ICs. Management loves rolling up forecasts easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had trouble with the search/filing function, trying to find a call or two. but that's probably more of an issue with our Gong admins architecture
