Active listening can really be accomplished with Gong

What do you like best about the product?
I can fully be present during customer calls due to the fact I'm not scrambling to take notes during the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The robotic intro to announce note taker

Assitance with prompts that enable me to strategize more effectively to close opportunities.

Gong has helped change the way we review calls

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is extremely easy to use and has a vast array of options. Using this platform has enabled our management team to become very efficient in reviewing calls, pipelines and coaching to those things. Its AI is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little cumbersome at first, there are a lot of options. Thankfully the support team that you get and the continued support and check-ins really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have become more efficient in our call review process. I'm gone has also enabled us to dial in certain modules of a call that need calibration. Using the pipeline management tool has also been a tremendous help in being able to identify inefficient reps that are wasting company money.

What do you like best about the product?
The search, the transcript, and the AI-based language tools (being able to categorize certain things as follow-up, questions, etc.) allows me to never take call notes again. I can review the context of conversations either verbally or in text and understand the tone, body language, and a myriad of other non-verbal communication cues.

I can also send snippets of each call to my manager for coaching, in which I can get real feedback on the calls I run (with or without my manager sitting in on the call). It also allows me to take my own growth into my hands.

This is the greatest sales tool I've ever used and I actually look forward to using it, reviewing calls, and being proactive in making sure everything was covered. It also makes the follow-up so much easier but knowing what points or information I had promised in the call. No ball ever gets dropped.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial voice message can be a bit jarring - the one where the automated voice goes "This call is recorded for coaching purposes". I think the volume can be less loud. Sometimes it comes out in the middle of while everyone is talking and can feel really disruptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving a few problems for me: 1) Missing any follow-up items 2) Accurate go back in time and reference how I spoke to a client or how a client spoke to me 3) Collective memory on how a call went.

This all benefits me because I can be confident that I am never missing anything. Whether it is with a client or with my management, the call serves as proof as to why something happen or didn't happen. It is all recorded and conceretely referenceable, good or bad. This also helps me track my own growth, feel that I am more confident in my delivery, or have taken tips & feedback from management and other colleagues about my communication.

Great tool for calls

What do you like best about the product?
Gong separates the piecs of the call very well (intro, demo, questions, etc..) so if you need to find a specific part of the call it is very easy. Furthermore it is really helpful with its transcription as it is quite accurrate and a much faster way to find the information you want from a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside about using Gong is the lack of a search feature. If I am looking for something specific that happened in the conversation, for example, in a topic of a product, if I want to search a technical piece within the demo, it would be nice to have a way that could lead me to that part of specific conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping with the ease of locating data that needs to be referenced in the future. They help with tracking who was on calls and what was said so that we can have a reference point. This is especially helpful when working on longer projects as information can be lost or forgotten

What do you like best about the product?
I love how our clients have the opportunity to review old calls at anytime for refreshers on how to use our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absoutely nothing! It's amazing and all companies should have it

It allows our company to review/audit calls for internal training sessions....it allows my manager to give me further advice on how I can be better.

Feedback option and useful to shadowing calls to inculcate the best practises accross the headcount on floor.

Nothing in specific but mostly looking for an option which might help us to promote the best rated calls/conversations

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes my Job easy by auding the calls of the sellers under me,In one go it Gives me a complete glance of the call with the call transcription turned on. On a day to day basis it is an Outstanding Tool for Monitoring the performance of the Sellers and Give Feedback week on week
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good but only thing to work on is sometimes the call gets updated on the call after 24 hours not immediately and Partial corrections on Audio to word Transcriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a Day to Day Basis, Gong helps me in montoring the seller calls and give them feedback and i can also listen to calls at any time where the calls are stored for Day 1 of the Quarter and thats an amazing thing to look back and understand the Individual Improvement of the seller

It is a very helpful and useful software. It helps for the day to day learning. It helps in customer centric approach. It is a friendly software.

It cannot record calls on google meet. It will be helful to record call on google meet

We are able to record call on gong and listen it again on what part did we miss and we correct it by ourself.
