Easy of use and can recommend to a beginner. It helps for us to Audit the calls.

I appreciate Gong for its ability to analyze sales calls and provide valuable insights to help improve sales team performance and close deals more effectively and help us out to identify the calls

I was able to find out Gong's pricing to be on the higher side, and the platform's effectiveness can depend on the quality of recorded sales calls and user adoption.

Gong solves sales-related problems by analyzing sales calls to provide insights, coaching, and data-driven recommendations. This benefits sales teams by improving their performance, increasing deal conversion rates, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is helpful whenever I do my 1:1 coaching with my team. I can easily know and understand the talk track they have. I can easily search for a call whether it is via the rep's name, account name, or even keywords. Also, having the call brief feature gives me a high-level overview of what the call is all about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is no such thing as a perfect translation, it would be better to improve this. It will be helpful especially if there is a long call and we just want to skim/scan through the transcript. Also, this would help with the accuracy of the phrases/words when searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The behavior of the Sales representatives when it comes to their conversation with their customers. I can easily check what transpired on the call because of the summary included. From there, we can plan what actions we need to take in order to improve the conversations.
Gong is great but there are others now

The summary at the end is the best part i like about gong it help me to understand everything in order.

sometimes gong cant record some meeting but i dont know maybe its our setup that misses some calls

Started a new job recently and instead of being an awkward shadow on lots of calls as a newhire, I could shadow calls through Gong, huge help with onboarding!

Don't have anything negative to say about this.

Quick recaps of calls is super helpful and being able to shadow as a new hire or have a full repository of my company's messaging.
With Gong, you will be able to review your previous call with a customer

I love the deals tab; like a combined to-do list, forecast and CRM. As an account manager its now the only tab I ALWAYS have open

Nothing so far; since I've been using Gong I've only found it to make me more efficent

Gong allows me to wrecord and watch back calls, yes. But it also gives me an incredibly seamless tool that can measure and update the things within our SFDC that are actually important to me + stay aligned with my manager and CSMs on each account
Love the summary and transcripts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the summary it provides you at the end of every single call. Easy to find specific parts of the conversation using keywords on the search option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis of the conversation and the transcript should be quicker to get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to be worried about taking notes during a meeting. The recording helps to go back to it when is needed.
