What do you like best about the product?
Automated recording platform, keeps track of my calls.

New user, love Gong
What do you like best about the product?
I work in Customer Success. I just got started in this role, but Gong is my favorite tool. The ability to search across all calls, the automated follow up notes, and highlights are very helpful. I love that I can be focused on the given call I'm on and then worry about note taking and follow up after using Gong to fill in the gap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overally I'm very happy with Gong. However, it would be helpful if there were different personas built into the system that could be applied to different types of staff for the feedback the system gives me on my calls. For example, I am tasked to speak more often in calls but then Gong gives a metric that I speak too often. Just out of sync there. Not a big deal but a suggestion.

Let's me fully focus in my calls and follow up on notes and other steps after so I can be fully present with my customers.

Insightful and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The AI tool is great - I like the insights following from reviews and the way to generate feedback from managers as well as specific call insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I could say here, as a feedback the integrations could be more useful

I think gong can be challenging to use when it is your first time using it but after a few times it becomes very simple

Gong makes my calls with prospects much better to understand. I can review each call and analyze how I can improve on my future calls.
Superb tool for Sales and Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
The timeline combining emails and calls is easy to navigate, and finding accounts is even easier than in our own CRM. Great integrations and the result is seamless and FAST for end users.

Trackers for specific topics, for example, to identify certain red flags in calls, could use some improvement, semantic matching would be nice.

Single source of truth for all customer-facing call recordings, sales, and product support coaching to Sales, Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.

I dislike the lack of privacy in calls as we're constantly recorded

Gong solves the problem of not having visibility into my calls and meetings by automatically recording and transcribing them. This allows me to go back and review them for insights and share with teammates throughout the sales cycle
