Simple and useful insights

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of UI. Ease of use. accurate analytics. AI based feedback is improving too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When playing calls, sometimes one of the speakers voice is tracked twice and we keep hearing an echo. Also the titles like "call setup" "call wrapup" are sometimes wrongly tagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives a quick summary of my interactions with prospects over the phone. It helps with pointers on how to improve my pitch. Helps me pivot and improve my cold calling pitch.

Gong has become the most valuable tool in my tech-stack

What do you like best about the product?
No need to take notes! I can practice active listening during my calls and revisit them to give myself notes or jog my memory. The word tracking is great for searching specific topics, love all the other features as well. Specifically grabbing call snippets to share with customers (no one wants to watch an hour long product demo recording) AI Call summary is awesome. You can ask it a question about a call and it will provide answers in any format you request. Gong also tells me when I owe a customer follow up. Can't say enough about how much of a gamechanger Gong has been for me having used it for over 3 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could get a cusotmer facing link to share with customers before the call is fully processed. Sometimes I am trying to send a quick follow up email and I have to wait on the recording to finish processing for 30-60 minutes on longer calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never miss any context from lack of CRM hygiene, everything is now recording and stored in our Gong account.

Helps us level up our teams by coaching using call recordings

Deal forecasting is very handy even though we have another CRM for that.

Saves me hours each week on taking notes and writing recaps.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to managed and efficient in a sales point of view.

Straightforward way of viewing Sales Forecasts

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is intuitive and clean, can be used as the focal point of forecasting calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experience a lag of about 2 hours between when a deal has been closed/won in SFDC and when that deal is showing up as closed/won in Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for fast and frequent monitoring of our deals

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, you can break it down to the most essential use cases so you can focus daily on your most important opportunities. Very good integration to Salesforce and Google
What do you dislike about the product?
Based in Germany the transcript is not suitable yet. Needs a lot more improvement language wise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As AE the new forecasting changed everything. But especially the coaching aspect and being able to comment and give feedback is a huge advantage especially for new joiners to get up to speed

- Lots of new features being added, but not enough training provided on maximizing them

What do you like best about the product?
Actionable & easily-digestible insights into on-call sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar operates in a way that isn't intuitive to me, if I want to find a call with a certain person or company, I need to go through extra steps to get to the search view/ results list i'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us dial in multiple aspects of our Go-to-market strategy. One that stands out is gaining intelligence into how different teams are having success in revenue generation and how to replicate that success.

Gong is the best tool to learn how to sell a product

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helped me with learning the product and how to sell it at my last company. Before Gong, there wasn't a tool that could help me learn how to manage meetings and talk to potential and existing customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Privacy. I'm not sure if there's a way to change this, but I didn't have an option of which recorded meetings I wanted available in Gong. I'd like to option to choose which one's to make public to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Gong, there wasn't a tool that helped me learn a new product while onboarding at a new company. Now with Gong, the learning curve is quicker than ever. I could listen to the top reps at my company sell to customers, which was extremely valuable to me.

Like having a personal assistant

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is incredibly helpful for recording client calls. If you don't remember what was said, you can just review it and find out. The summaries and lists of action items are incredibly useful. My favorite feature is the percentage of time for each speaker. It works seamlessly with Zoom. I use it for every client call and some internal calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing negative for me to say about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great record for conversations and action items. It's especially helpful for people to learn about an account who may not be on a call. When I inherited an account, I could review all the Gong recordings that took place so I could learn more about our clients.

Can't imagine a world without Gong now...

What do you like best about the product?
It's so amazing to not have to religiously take notes during a Sales or Customer call. Gong has saved me a couple of times in not remembering a certain thing and I just simply go back and ctrl + f the meeting transcript to figure it out again. We also find it so helpful in onboarding new employees who can listen to calls to get a sense of what people are thinking / feedback we get. Lastly, our product team relies heavily on feedback through Gong, whether it's shared via a super easy integration with our product feedback tool, or if they watch back the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seriously not much comes to mind. I just turned off some of the notifications since there were so many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me remember key details for the Sales Cycle, submit product feedback, and be more present in Sales calls since I don't have to take notes.
