Can't Work Without It

What do you like best about the product?
The transcription and note taking is critical. I'm in Sales and can't write perfect notes of each call while still actively listening. With Gong, I know I can go back and listen or read through my calls to see if I missed anything or should have responded a different way. Truly couldn't do my job without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that I have to refresh my authentication pretty regularly. Small price to pay.

What do you like best about the product?
It automatically track most of my zoom calls and emails exchange with my customers. I use Gong every day to keep track of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the recordings didn't get uploaded. It also took some times for it to be ready to share and view after the meeting ends.

The best calls assistant you could ask for

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a simple, easy to use platform. I used it all of the time when in internal facing roles to quickly review customer calls. Now, as a customer success manager, I use gong on every call. It's great for reviewing your calls quickly before the big business review, and for creating a quick action plan. I honestly would be worse at my job if it weren't for gong.
It's even better now thanks to the AI. I can quickly ask the AI questions rather than scrubbing through to find what I am looking for. It even writes my follow up items or creates "game plans" for solutioning to make sure I'm serving my clients well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sat and read this question for a few minutes and honestly could not think of anything. I want more AI, and want gong to expand more into different integrations and can't wait to see what they do next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's fantastic to be able to rely on gong to remember customer calls for me, and outline all of the action items so I can use that brain power for something else.
We also use it in our remote space to highlight the voice of the customer. Dev teams can hear it straight from the customer themselves, and I don't have to convince product managers as much - they can tell how serious something is by listening themselves.

Way better than any alternatives

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows me to review details from every conversation I have with customers so I can focus on the discussion in the moment, but also not have to rely solely on my memory or hand written notes I'd then have to transfer to salesforce for example. I also like the new recap feature that uses ML/AI to summarize what was discussed and provide reminders about outstanding action items to follow up with based on the conversation. Also the subtitles/caption/transcript of each call makes it easy to search and find what we're looking for in the call without the manual turmoil of having to just sit through it all or having to guess where to skip ahead to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to flag when the transcript for one of my gong calls was incorrect or to suggest what a misunderstood word/phrase SHOULD have said instead. In my current experience using Gong day-to-day as an AE, this is not something that exists to the best of my knowledge, but would be an awesome add as I think it'd help me/my leadership team have better data about what's being spoken about (by correcting the incorrect word, we can make sure it's showing up in the searches/analysis they're doing on specific words for metrics and enablement processes).

Adding/fixing this would probably also result in improving the AI/ML Gong uses when creating the transcripts too (bc the point of ML is to learn, so I think that being able to say "hey that word in the transcript wasn't captured correctly, here's actually what it should say instead" would help improve the transcript accuracy for future calls – that being said I'm a sales person not an engineer so take that assumption with a grain of salt of course).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-note taking = helps me better strategize and communicate with my customers so I win more deals which is the purpose of my job and helps me improve outcomes as well as my own income
-my company uses it for a lot of other things around metrics/analytics/etc. as well and I'm sure that benefits me as a result of that, but to be fair it also sometimes acts as a "big brother" watching over our shoulder, so some reps are not as happy with it as others
-the "next step reminders" and newer "summary" or call recap features are awesome and I really appreciate how they kind of create an automatic checklist or starting point for me to take care of those items

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI features are awesome. The summary and customer questions are such big help, it's just amazing, no need to shuffle through calls or transcripts, everything is summarised. I would recommend Gong to anybody.

I would like for the Gong emails when the call is done buffering to include a link to the call immediately in the email,so I don't have to go into Gong just to copy/paste the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it super easy to review client calls and summarise them, both for the participants but also for other teams in the company that are searching for specific feature feedback for example, they don't even need to come to us to ask if we remember any client calls where this was discussed they can just use Gong and search through it. A life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is great that you can listen back to the recording at whatever speed you like, review transcripts and send out snippets of the call either internally or to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call spotlight is sometimes off and I am not sure how useful it will be to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to review calls with customers and make sure I capture key action items, along with helping to create my summary notes of the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
With recent AI updates, I'm able to understand a quick summary of a call alongside potential 'Next Steps' I need to follow up with. I use this alongside the Points of Interest function to ensure I'm making strategic and informed decisions for my accounts. This has easily cut my time in half when reviewing calls, creating emails and updating internal databases. I also now have a solution to easily share calls with customers and internally.
