Very reliable tool found finally
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about it how it shows every detail of the contact when you open it

Sometimes does not laod for me but it can be my ISP too

We don't need seperate crm, we don't need video conferencing tool, we don't need recorder, we don't need AI assistant as all of them are provided by Gong and much more
Amazing tool for training and record keeping
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong daily. It has a great user interface, quite intuitive and nice to look at which is always a plus! I love how it records everything with a detailed transcript and quickly highlights the parts of a demo/conversation that are most important.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only quirk really is that every now and then some calls are not captured/recorded. I've waited up to 48 hours but they never really appear in Gong. It's very rare though.
But as stated before customer support is great and some of the times they have retrieved calls that maybe didn't appear in the records at first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been a game-changer for me. I mainly use it to learn from my own calls and listen to my peers so I can continuously sharpen my sales skills. It also helps me keep a much more detailed record of conversations, which means I never miss important context when following up. Overall, it’s helping me ramp faster, have smarter conversations, and get better results.

I like the ability to see information that better helps me identify and issues between the company and customer, especially their pain points. There are so many features and I happen to use it all day!

Not much to dislike, it is easy to use and implement into my routine.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and practical Gong is—it's like having an extra set of hands for sales with a bonus insider track for sales enablement. The AI's ability to capture, analyze, and surface insights from calls and emails is a game-changer. The Ask Anything tool and customizable Deal Briefs make it easier to keep track of opportunities and identify risk areas. The integrations with Salesforce and Outlook mean everything is synced.
The support from Gong has also been fantastic. Ben is a true strategic partner. Simon and Nathan were incredibly helpful in getting things set up and answering questions. They all take the time to make sure we’re using Gong to its full potential.

There is nothing to dislike about using Gong.

Gong breaks down silos, providing access in one easy-to-use space. We're giving Sales and Professional Service time back through customized discovery call and account briefs. Reducing, and sometimes eliminating, the need for hand-off calls.
Efficient Call Recording and Transcription Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong seamlessly records and transcribes my calls, eliminating the need to take notes. This saves me significant time and enhances my productivity. The summaries provided by Gong contribute greatly to my learning and professional development. Integrating Gong with Salesforce is very convenient, as I can access call recordings directly from within Salesforce.

Gong offers not only a great UI and UX but truly valuable features that save me time as a rep including AI email summaries, easy search function and easy filtering abilities.

Sometimes the app is a bit buggy when trying to listen to calls on the go.

Gong is allowing me to truly understand the needs of my customers by highlighting key points I may have missed live on the call.
Top Sales Engagement Software
What do you like best about the product?
The tool works first and most importantly. If you are needing a tool to record, analyze calls and tie them all back to your CRM to allow you to see activities and status of deals. This is the tool for you. If you want a tool to help with coaching, track keywords and your competitors this is the tool for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes bugs with activity tracking but usually they get resolved quickly. Also Gong Engage and Gong Forecast are new tools so there is growing pains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say, knowing sales engagement is a big one. Tracking sales activities is next. Getting a full view of a deal, and also finally sales coaching.
Great for call recordings and review summary
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use when it comes to getting the summary of the recordings of our Sales Representatives. It is very useful to search and narrow the needed recordings. I frequently use it - which I may say is user friendly - to listen to the calls and may it be from the website itself or through the integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I like or maybe I have not gotten the full access but from the time that I used it - all is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily filter out the conversation of our sales representative which minimize the time since the transcript is available and can easily track it in Salesforce.

It provides recap of each call and create a follow up email for you.

None that I can think of now. So far, everything works great.

Call analysis based on relevant industry KPI's is unmatched. I can figure out exactly where my gaps are compared to top sellers to properly address them in personal development.
