Amazing view into the customer and sales narrative
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer in the past I would have to arrange with the sales team for calls to better understand how they go to market as well as to learn directly from customers
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the filtering system is not as robust as it can be for identifying calls that have been recorded beyond from using a reps name
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a listening device for understanding voice of customer and optimizing the sales narrative
I LOVE Gong. I couldn't do my job without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to go back and listen to (or read the transcript) customer discovery calls. It allows me to focus on the conversation vs taking frantic notes. Its great how I can speed up the re-play to listen to the call very quickly - or jump ahead to listen to a specific person. Also, searching for specific words that were said is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the search is not the easiest to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take crazy fast or incomplete notes during a call as I can go back and read the transcprit or listen to the recording in 1.5 speed.

Revolutionizing sales analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Gong.io for the past few months and it has significantly upped our sales game. The insightful analytics and call transcription features have been invaluable, helping us to hone in on what works and refine our sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've mostly had a positive experience with Gong.io, but have noticed it sometimes struggles with accurately transcribing accents. This has required manual correction on our part. Besides this, I have nothing else to complain about; it's a fantastic tool for sales analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong sheds light on our customer interactions by analyzing sales calls, meetings, and emails. It provides invaluable insights that help fine-tune our sales approach to better meet customer needs. Essentially, it acts as a bridge between our sales efforts and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Increasing the efficiency for me to remind myself how the previous conversation went, what we talked about, and what I should prepare before going into the following conversation with a client.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve applied gong in our organization, and I specifically love the automated functionalities that gong provides. It enables me to identify keywords in clips and conversations which makes it easier for me to follow particular trends. Gong, without fail, senses whenever it is about competitors when talking about sales conversation. Everything was clear – the pricing model, and the demo they provided was well appreciated in my decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
To our surprise it turned out that we got to full ramp up with Gong slower than expected and even after trying to use most of its features immediately straight away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us to establish where we lack in our sales conversation. Through this, I have had an upper hand in guiding my team by identifying trends and insights from the client interactions.

Gong is Easy to use, great to help pin point areas of opportunity and ease of implementation for growth and integration

There is nothing in gong I dislike, its is great for quality calls and grow customer support

I like that it provides a searchable and navigatable transcripts. I love that it provides summaries and action for next steps.

It can sometimes be hard to search for a specific recording.

It allows for transparency and coaching. everyone has access to calls and in a remote work space it makes life easier. It is also a great tool for coaching opertuities and group learning.
Quicker way to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find a call using the different filters. Sometimes I'll forget the name of the person I spoke with but remember what I've said, being able to search by a certain word saves me from scrolling. It also helps with learning and growing. I am able to search by a certain word in gong which will show me the percentage of how often I use that word which helps me properly identify what adjustments I need to make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never find myself frustrated with gong. I'm able to find things easily, it's user friendly, it's easy to connect with coworkers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making training so much easier. I am able to easily find and listen to my or coworkers calls to grow as a better rep.
