Helpful tool for onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very helpful at giving new employees a comfortable space to learn about the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface of Gong can be a little unapproachable at first glance to new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helped me get caught up to speed with question I have about company information, allowing me to be a better employee.
User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
So user friendly, I use Gong everyday and its integration with Salesforce has made life so much easier as it writes up the call notes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript is inaccurate but I understand this wont be 100% correct all the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping analyse calls so much easier with all the stats they provide you with and helps with my sales emails as it provides all the action points and limits the need to make detailed notes during calls.
Brilliant Tool to Track Meetings & Team's Effectiveness During Calls
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy-to-use UI, AI Highlights!!!!(Can't emphasize enough how amazing this is), "Best Practice" amounts for things like Patience, Call duration, Longest Monologue and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Litreally nothing, everything about Gong has been a pleasent experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majorly its allowing me to track meeting notes, action items, promises during sales calls(as we all know these happen all to frequently)

I can't say of any, to be honest. Maybe colour customization? haha

A Lifesaver for CSMs, Needs AI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong works as an extension of my memory, allowing me to record calls and easily collect all the information discussed, which is crucial for my role as a Customer Success Manager. It helps me gather context about customers I haven't met before, as well as those I already know, to better prepare for my next call. The efficiency that Gong provides is invaluable as it saves me time and simplifies my day-to-day tasks. Additionally, I appreciate that Gong integrates well with tools like Zoom and Salesforce, enhancing my workflow without disruptions. I am so satisfied with Gong that I would rate it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI summary of calls could be better. I sometimes use them as a base, but I need to rewrite everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to record and organize call information, acting as an extension of my memory. It saves me time and simplifies my daily tasks by providing context for customer interactions.

Love the ability to now have follow up emails created using the transcript from the call! - Seems to work really well!

Search functionality when searching for calls could be better but not really an issue

User Friendly & Great Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Once set up it easy to add to to calls and use frequently. The insights data is good and helps control message across teh teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike - It is better as a 'sales' tool, but in Client Success discussions its very useful too..!

Coaching and note taking
Great place to review and catch up with your sales cycles.
What do you like best about the product?
Gives you full visbility into the insights and takeaways that occurs in all parts of your sales cycles within your accounts. See everything, and view things either in a timeline fashion, or call by call, email by email. Great way to learn what happened with your accounts in the past, and how to strategize moving forward! Very easy to use, and I use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with duplicate accounts, there could be a mismatch of data within that account, but that doesn't seem to be Gong's fault! Not much to dislike here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearing my customers and potential customers live on a call. Hearing their takeaways or objections in their words, instead of just reading it off of notes or text. Visbility into all actions happening in past and ongoing sales cycles within an account, that is typically hard to see when collabarting with different departments like AE's, C-Level, and Legal.
The Most Important Innovative Tool of the Decade.
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a very useful tool for me as someone involved in the financial sector. The most interesting thing with Gong is that it automatically transcribes calls well. Such a feature saves me a lot of time, especially if I have to go back to some details discussed in these conversations. The way Gong describes each call is remarkable – one almost feels like he is reading between the lines! It assists in improving my presentation skills by enabling me to record the entire script of conversations that I share with clients related to finance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet, let me confess, for the first time using Gong, the number of functions seemed a bit excessive. I had to adjust it for months because there is so much to see and do every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has revolutionized problem-solving. It enables me to keep track of crucial client interactions so that I do not miss anything. This is of great importance to my line of work that hinges on accuracy and attention to detail.
Gong is a gamechanger for AE's to receive valuable insights and coaching!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the personalized intel on my sales approach/cycle to best understand "Best practices/ metrics" and see how I stood up against them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scribing has room to be more accurate and sometimes customer support takes awhile to communicate with - ultimately, non of these outweigh the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows teams to effectively record conversations - which, as a seller, helps tremendously with follow up emails as well as a resource with longer sales cycles. Additionally, it allows me to receive coaching based on call submissions to our trainers. I think it's also an incredible resource as your onboard new team members to give them a full library of resources to quickly learn from.
