Easier to review the calls, it is easier to view the parameters

additional fields on the search button would make it easier to track the previous call

It provides easy access to any part of your call with color coding indicators.

Trancrift seems inaccurate but I am sure this is due to different accesnt per advisor.

I like using Gong because on top of hearing the actual conversation you can search the actual word that you are looking for.

Words are sometime transcribed incorrectly

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me be more organized, the way it displays all my calls helps me to do a better follow up and keep in touch with my leads and clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is where I expect to have bigger improvements, it is not easy to use and you cant do many things you can do on the webpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When listening to my conversatiosn and giving me some AI feedback it helps me identify some pauses or that sometimes I do all the speaking not letting customers talk.

In the search, there is more than jut the call and sometimes finding a call can take more clicks than it needs to

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to rely on taking notes for everything during sales calls. It's amazing to be able to listen back to a previous call before my next call.

I love that it's easier to update my notes in Gong than it is in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could close/lost my deals in Gong to Salesforce.
