Greatest AI transcript, synopsis and next steps
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy in my hectic day of 6-10 calls to forget what I spoke with someone about. Gong gives me incredible call synopsis, outline, and my action items. I wish I had this for my entire career. Gamechanger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just our company's poor implementation of it, but I don't use it to it's full potential. I'm not sure about all the other features and tie ins to deal size etc. I monitor that directly in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to make sure I handle all of my to do's from every meeting. Before I was constantly promising to send things or follow up and forgetting. Gong just lays it all out in a perfect summary and I don't have to listen back to the call at all.
Gong is incredibly powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easily pull up a customer and view all calls, notes ect. and then ask it any question or have it write me a follow up email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to get the call recordings faster. They often take 1 hour to get back. It can make it a bit cumbersome if you're back to back with meetings and have to go back in to send those recordings out to prospects instead of doing that right after the meeting ends. I also wish SalesForce tasks showed up in Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us in so many ways. It alerts us to make sure we don't have prospects that start slipping through the cracks. It also helps us close the gap with getting deals to close faster and more effecient. It's great for coaching too!
Gong- Ringing It Home for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I get the best analytics in the quickest way that makes sense for me as a seller. As a seller who has used many coaching and analytic tools, this is the best one. I like how I can see my talk time, the customers, interruptions, pauses, talk ratios and more importantly keywords. Another favorite aspect is the reminders it can automatically send. Gong is easy to integrate with my sales tools, calendar and implementing in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as Gong is a well-rounded tool that really makes me feel empowered as a seller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders and close to real-time analytics for my performance as a seller.

Great integration into Salesforce: previous email conversations and calls are available into the account in Salesforce. I have the entire history when I look into an existing account, so helpful when you join a company or get new accounts because the load is not on the sales team to update everything into the system. It does it automatically.

Most likely it can be improved but compared to other systems it makes my life as a Sales and management team so much better. Perhaps faster loading of history into SF but cannot complain.

Precise and functional
What do you like best about the product?
The annalytical part is very precise, it's easy to use and very intuitive

That I cannot download the recordings and the expiring date is maxed at 730 days

To review the speech and how the meeting went, it takes notes and is integrated with AI making allowing to ask questions to it

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's platform is truly one of the greatest assets in our sales tech stack. Platform works as expected, with little to no issues, ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional lengthy call recording processing times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Gong to review important sales demo notes / prospect asks / next steps / etc. Benefitting from an easy to use but still robust interface -- I typically don't spend more than a few minutes in Gong per login session, which is a great thing for efficiency's sake.

What do you like best about the product?
No note taking, I can focus on the conversation, gong does the work and then review later and get detailed notes. I can also share the conversation with other participants which is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcript misses some details, but now I am being nit picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think to moniter sales calls, determine what information is most helpful and also bring all sales staff in line so we are sharing common messages and using common terms.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a useful platform to validate call recordings and the legitimacy of certain calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. So far it's working well in our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To listen to call recordings in case we need to validate calls. It's useful when it comes to checking quality scores.
This software makes my life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Rather than listening to a Zoom recording trying to find a certain spot where something was discussed that I need to follow up on, I can very easily search the transcripts for calls in gong to find the spot. I could read the transcript or I could listen to the call too. It is so easy to use! A big part of my job is technical sales support and Gong enables me to save time by quickly following up with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I need to send a video recording to a client, it can take quite a while for the video to be ready to view, especially if I've trimmed it. It would be great if this could be a bit quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of taking ages to search in a call recording for a specific topic discussed.
