Scytale for SkillsTx ISO27001 accreditation
What do you like best about the product?
I found that the professionalism, knowledge, pragmatic approach and customer interactions with Jessica outstanding. It always feels we are in safe hands, even though Jess has to keep pushing us.
I found the s/w application well thought out and relatively intuitive, taking into consideration the subject in-hand. Compared to previous attempts at accreditation I believe we are on track with Scytale.

What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. Initially I found navigating the application confusing, but changes that have been made since we started improved that aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the application for ISO27001 far less dauting and cost effective

Before wee were neet to have a manual evidence collection to be ready to the Audit

The platform is easy to use, and it helped us a lot for ISO27001 and SOC2 evidence gathering

La plateforme, le service et notre gestionnaire de compte Jess. La plateforme est facile à intégrer. Le support client est excellent et répond très rapidement et efficacement.

Le modèle de tarification lors du paiement pour chaque type d'audit ne permet pas de "profiter" de la plateforme telle qu'elle est au quotidien.

Être préparé pour les audits annuels, la collecte de preuves, les routines continues comme l'application de l'intégration
l'équipe (Jess) chez Scytale a été très utile pour nous aider avec notre audit SOC 2 pour 2025.

Peut être un peu difficile à naviguer (nouveau pour moi)

Je ne pense pas que notre équipe aurait pu faire cela sans Scytale, donc nous fournir exactement ce dont nous avons besoin accélère considérablement le processus. Jess a également été utile avec une aide individuelle.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Jess to complete our ISO 27001 recertification has been an absolute pleasure. Her professionalism and in-depth knowledge has helped us prepare for the surveillance audit well ahead of time and the use of the Scytale platform as a document repository has been very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integration points on the platform need a little work, but nothing insurmountable.

Scytale is helping us remain ISO27001 certified and GDPR compliant.
Making certification a realistic goal.
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale has made achieving certification a realistic goal for our small organization. Their structured approach, clear task lists, and guidance provide the support we need to stay on track. Jess, in particular, has been outstanding—she feels like an integral part of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scytale is unable to automate my role completely. So im still needed.. Much prefer to spend my time on the beach.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. Amazing support, especially from our contact Jessica. We had the system up and running very quickly and meets all our needs for ISO27001 certification. Integrates with our back office and cloud systems seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike. We had a couple of integration issues initially but resolved without a problem.

We require ISO27001 as quickly and efficiently as possible.
