Easy to use, friendly platform and support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly, simple and straightforward. doesn't require much effort on my end, their team is great and helpful. Implementation and integration were straightforward and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited features, system is great for ongoing GRC audit management etc but less for robust/mature holistic GRC practices. We use the system as frequent as needed for audit management, not much more than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audit management - the system and the team really reduce the workload from us regarding audit management! Ronan, our Scytale rep is proactive and accountable, significantly reducing the need for our interference.
It is like having a coach who does not sit on the bench but plays with you on the court
What do you like best about the product?
Its great to work with Snytale, the process is clean, the application is self explanatory and easy to use.
The best thing about working with Scytale is their flexibility - we have switched from two certifications to combined one, changed our HR system during an audit and updated complete set of policies all with the help and guiding hands of their professionals.
Right from the start it is easy to tell what work is left to be done and how to achieve it - super helpful and reduce the unknown process issue factor.
Their support, direct feedback and fast response were really helpful for a successful review.

What do you dislike about the product?
User access aspect in the application could be combined so you don't need to update user in each system.

Everything is very clear. The platform is intuitive, Ronan is a huge help and makes the process a lot more clear.

Nothing so far. Haven't had any bad experience

Helps our compliance process easier, faster and clear. Helps the process be organized

Scytale portal is very easy and clear platform, there are many example and something that not clear the representive are giving information and it is great for SOCc2

I think that the process taking too much time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave us good scanning for our cloud to know which components in AWS are not passing compliance, like backup databases
Streamlined Process for SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
The Website was quite efficient acting as a central repository. They did an excellent job guiding us through the process and interreacted with the Auditors to ensure a successful result. I have strongly recommended other companies that are looking to do their first SOC2 certification to us Scytale.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve there own audit responses. In one case the request to supply more information was not at all clear to the specific topic they pointed me to. It is a minor point, but it is the essence of the efficiency of the process that Scytale brings to the table. I would expect this to be flawless.

Outstanding Support & Expertise for ISO 27001 Certification
What do you like best about the product?
Our ISO 27001 certification process is (as of now) smooth and efficient, thanks to Scytale's structured approach and expert guidance. A standout in our experience is Mischa Boddenberg, who not only bridged the language gap seamlessly but also provided deep knowledge of ISO requirements. His pragmatic support, clear explanations, and prompt responses made the process significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike. If anything, the certification process itself is inherently complex, but Scytale’s support mitigated many of the typical challenges. Only thing to mention were struggels in initial integration tasks, but these also could be resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale supports during our ISO 27001 certification seamless by simplifying compliance and audit management (also via usefull templates and best practices in this domain). Mischa Boddenberg’s expert support, deep ISO knowledge, and prompt responses were invaluable, helping us efficiently navigate requirements and strengthen our security framework.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike honestly. Maybe that the platform is always changing by adding features constantly, so sometimes is hard to remmeber. But it's good in the long run
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're implementing DORA, It would have probably taken us 2 years to write all the documentation needed. Scytale reduces that timeline to 3-5 months.
Clear & Simple SOC 2 Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale simplifies SOC 2 compliance by centralizing everything in one platform. The automated evidence collection and continuous control monitoring save time and reduce manual work. They always provided hands-on guidance, making SOC 2 requirements clearer and easier to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform works well, and support is excellent. Some minor UI improvements could enhance the experience, but it doesn’t affect overall functionality. The process can be long but its mainly due to the strict rules to approve the compliance.

Scytale addresses key challenges like evidence gathering and control monitoring. It’s transformed our SOC 2 process by automating tedious tasks, offering real-time compliance visibility, and giving us confidence throughout the audit journey. Explaining the terms needed and simplifying the process.

Nous avons utilisé Scytale pour 2 produits, et c'était fantastique. La plateforme est conviviale et excellente avec l'automatisation qui permet de gagner du temps. Le tableau de bord en temps réel est également très utile.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Tout est génial, peut-être que l'ajout d'outils d'IA qui analyseront les preuves pourrait améliorer le processus.
