ISO 27001 certification
What do you like best about the product?
When we embarked on the journey to attain ISO 27001 certification, the expertise provided by Scytale was instrumental in our success. From the start, the team was extremely friendly, making the process seem much more approachable. Their efficiency was evident in how they streamlined the complex landscape of ISO standards into digestible segments, ensuring that each step was clear and manageable. They have an exceptional up to date knowledge, and are able to translate complex terms into everyday language that our entire team could understand. Overall, the team at Scytale was an invaluable partner on our ISO 27001 certification journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say practically nothing. Their system is being enriched on-going with functionality, so can of course always be further enhanced, and have additional integrations, but this wasn't something that hindered the certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale helps us tackle a few big challenges when it comes to getting ISO 27001 certified. They make the tough certification process simpler by breaking it down into smaller, easier-to-handle parts, thus avoiding getting overwhelmed trying to figure out all the complex rules on our own. They also make sure we're doing everything right to meet the standard, so we don't have to worry about missing something important.

Scytale is providing a full suit of both complience management and auditing system, and complience success managment and guidance

Working with professionals who come with the best experience with information security processes, led Entro not only to be SOC 2 type compliant but also to create the best security processes and leading security-oriented approach for a security startup that puts and cares about its client and customers' information security as a top priority.
I use Scytale frequently to manage the information security process end to end and review continuously the automated evidence collected by the integrations which indicates if I have any issues that require my attention.
It is easy to use the Scytale platform to do tasks on time with the best UX.
Very easy to implement and integrate all needed services to get real-time evidence.
Working with Oron and Neta from Scytale gave us answers to all our questions and immediate support and guidance to anything we needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale's technical staff is remarkably talented. They were always available to answer questions and guide our team in the right direction. Wesley Van Zyl, in particular, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Without a doubt, Scytale helped us stay organized and shaved a significant amount of time off our SOC2 certification process. Their dashboard and related integrations were easy to use and made the evidence gathering process seamless. On behalf of our whole team, we have nothing but high praise for Scytale's products and services.

Excellent, Hands On Assistance - Great Results
What do you like best about the product?
Jessica & Team assisted our Organization through SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance. They are incredibly knowledgable, helpful and guided our Team well. The Scytale Platform is very user-friendly and has many features. Whenever we had questions, they were quick to assist and had great communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints regarding the system or the service.

They aided us in our SOC 2 Compliance which is incredibly important in our line of work.
Helpful human-directed push towards SOC2 certification in an organized method
What do you like best about the product?
As a CTO, I really appreciate what Scytale brings to the table for compliance. Having that automated tooling to streamline major frameworks like SOC2 and ISO is huge - it took a monumental burden off our team's shoulders. But what really sets them apart - based on my experience - is the personalized guidance from their experts. Their customer success manager for us was great, and really helped us with progressing towards certification and organizing our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing isn't exactly cheap, but it is a pretty good product. Their website can have technical issues making it difficult to work with at times. Navigation in it is not always easy. In general, their UI could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be SOC2 and/or ISO certified, or at least head in that direction - and Scytale helped organize our effort, gave us standardized terms/legalese for various uses, had integration with our cloud etc. And the human help was great.
PCI made reachable for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
They have taken PCI, that is very hard to understand for newcomers, and made it not only more easy to understand but also managable. Ontop of this, they are super helpful and reasonable priced. Highly recommend them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing real to point out, could something more be automated or more integrations, of course, but I am sure that is coming in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making PCI compliance into something for all, and not just for the hardcore industry with millions in the bank.
Good helpful service, easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale have helped walk us through a complicated process that we knew little about at the start. The platform made it simple for us to complete the necessary tasks for our pci complience and if we had any questions/issues they were answered/resolved promptly.

Nothing to say here, everything has been top notch so far.
