Easy SOC2 Certification
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, good feedback and guidance.
Wesley, who was with us all the way, was incredible. Very efficient and professional.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few problems with the synchronization and integration, but it was fixed quickly.

My favourite aspect of Scytale is that, in addition to simplified user experience of the platform, an industry expert is assigned to help you on your compliance journey

Through the automation of security compliance Scytale assists in streamlining becoming compliant in various information security frameworks.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the step by step approach and layout that Scytale uses to help clients get across the finish line. Especially when you haven't done anything like this before. Wesley was amazing to work with. He communicated well and was extremely organized. Having templates available to give us guidance was absolutely wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that was frustrating is that some of your inputs expire. I know this is not Scytales fault as it's a requirement of the audit. My suggestion is to make sure that clients understand the time restraints upfront. Double-down on this communication and push each member to pull their weight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needed to become SOC2 and HIPPA compliant.

There was a time I couldnt check the user acsses accourding to categorize but its OK now after the new version

I have just left a large enterprise to start my own company, with the last role of a cyber security team leader.
Alongside all of the other things that I have to do and accomplish as a co-founder, natively I am also the security officer for my startup.
As my startup is all around organizational data and internal systems, I knew from day 1 that we will have to achieve SOC2 Type2 as soon as possible.
Given my past experience with SOC2 and other cyber certifications, it was a no-brainer to find a solution that automates most of the process and reduces the effort I'll have to make to align with all of the requirements.
I met with the Scytale team and saw the platform and immediately knew it was it.
Simply connecting to all of the organizational systems and automating the process of evidence collection.

So far haven't found any issues with the system and the team behind Scytale is wonderful.

Scytale automates almost everything in the SOC2 Type2 certification.

Scytale saved us a great deal of time and effort on Soc II
What do you like best about the product?
They provide excellent support and bring a great deal of knowledge and experience of the process to the table. In addition, they provide all the services needed to start auditing, and their platform is extremely user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to learn the language and policies needed, so it is a good thing you receive support, but more hints and education materials would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facing compliant needs is tricky and there a lot of ground to cover. from pentesting, controls, formal documntation and monitoring all those over time. Scytale makes it easy to start the process and provides a monitoring layer to alert you if there are any violations.

What do you like best about the product?
The consultant who was with us named Ronan was simply amazing, I also want to give a good mention to Adar, both of them were available for any questions.
The system is very convenient and intuitive, highly recommend it.

The penetration test process was less good, it felt like they were less in sync but once we talked to Adar and Ronan everything worked much faster. Not sure that in the future we will take this service.

Scytale helped us complete our SOC II review efficiently and on time.
What do you like best about the product?
Starting the SOC II review the task ahead looked daunting but using the Scyatle system and the CSM's guidance helped us meet the goals on time and effectively.
The key elemnts that helped were:
1. Integration with most of the organizations systems so evidence was automatically pulled and tasks were automatically created.
2. Task management within the Scytale system allows us to see current status and needed effort.
3. Continuous guidance of the CSM

The system GUI can be slow and not intuitive at times but that does not have a mjor effect.
