A great SOC2 partner for a startup
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale had us covered end to end from policies to audit. The staff is super helpful, and their platform makes it really easy to get ready and work through the SOC2 audit. Simple, clear. and with easy onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has some integration glitches, but those are very minor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale took us through our entire SOC2 process successfully -- twice! They are also a key part of our ability to process incoming security questionnaires at a high rate, which for a small startup is critical in order to get deals evaluated and done.

ISO Certification made easy with professionalism!
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale made our introduction into Information Security Management System seem super simple without compromising on compliance. Wesley was informative, supportive and easy to work with. The Scytale platform makes the heavy lifting seem easy, keeping us on track with all tasks and milestones effortlessly and efficiently. The ISO certification process was well run and kept us honest throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor platform bumps however these did get addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They guided us to navigate ISO Security Compliance and GDPR. The platform makes navigating this complex world seamless and easy to do. Jessica guides where we are unsure and keeps us on track!

The Personalised service! The team is incredibly knowledgeable & proffesional. The appointed consultant is always availabe (almost immediately) for assitance, guidance and advice. Going through SOC2 or ISO without their guidance would have been incredibly painful.

Quick and clear responses, not offering uneccessary options. Clear focus on getting the work done. Direct guidance and the quick understanding about the organization, which facilitated the quick help to adapt policys, etc.to fit the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor limitations in the platform, for example not beeing able to comment on a certain section when reviewing a policy, not beeing able to comment/edit risk mitigation plans.

collecting the work to be done to achieve the cert, all in one place and beeing able to assign and set deadlines in the platform, keeping it all together

Scytle (espicialy Kyle Morris!) played a pivotal role in our achievement of SOC2 Type II certification for 2023. Kyle's proactive approach and continuous support to compliance meant that we were always one step ahead, addressing potential issues before they could become obstacles.
