Great platform, great support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's ease of use was very nice. The customer support were super responsive and of great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacked some automated monitors. Still some manual work could be automated imo.

SOC2 compliance with ease
It's like having an extra pair of security hands on our team.
What do you like best about the product?
We tried doing this in-house but realized very quickly that we would spend ages manually collecting evidence for our SOC 2 audit and scramble to meet compliance deadlines. Scytale automated pretty much all the busywork, so it really was a lifesaver for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have definitely been some adjustments as we learned the ropes, but overall, it's been a smooth experience.

We’re now SOC 2 certified so that’s a big thing ticked off for the business.

The platform is not prefect yet but they are opened to feedback and it is getting better all the time

Scytale support for Soc2 is excellent
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and tool driven solution offered by scytale, coupled with the top class compliance success team make the process clean and straightforward. Scytale keeps us focussed on what we need to do and I trust Scytale systems to keep me up tod ate on the compliance process as the work of my team moves forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small technical issues on support for Safari. Nothign major.

What do you like best about the product?
Started to work with them to get our SOC2 compliance. Very smooth integration, and amazing customer service. They are very responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind presently. I would like to add additional automatic integrations to reduce the manual part of the process. However, the vast majority of the integrations are already in place.

Merton. Thanks to him, the SOC2 audit couldn't have gone smoother and more simple.

Pricing could be cheaper, useage of the portal is not so intuitive.

Streamlining and simplifying the ISO27001 implementation process
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost the support we have received from our compliance success manager is outstanding. The interface organises controls, policies and evidence fields in a very intuitive manner that is also easy to assign to team members and track progress over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had issues using two Azure integrations, however, the product team stepped in immediately and addresssed both concerns.

The automation (controls, evidence collections, task management, current status/progress), combined with a dedicated consultant guidance makes the process fast and smooth

What do you like best about the product?
The report itself was professionally done and had the relveant information that was needed. The Scytale's platform for capturing the evidence is fairly user friendly. The support we recieved from Wesley and the Scytale team was very good as they helped us through the whole process. Overall very happy with the service and results from Scytale in obtaining our SOC2 report.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the plaform itself is very good, I think there is room for improvement with the source code version control integrations. I think at the time we were using the platform this still under development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped gather the relevent information needed to send to Auditors for the generation of a SOC2 report.
