Excellent software and knowledgeable team!
What do you like best about the product?
First thing that comes to mind for me is Scytale’s ability to automatically collect evidence. Scytale streamlined everything, from evidence collection to reporting. It freed up our team's time and energy significantly to carry on business as usual. Can highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The system works well, and they have excellent support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t have to focus too much energy on our data security compliance. It just happens by default as the platform flags us if there’s something we need to address.

What do you like best about the product?
The kick-off and the weekly sessions contributed massively to keep things moving in the right direction. Between the online sessions the chat provided a speedy and pleasant way of communicating. The by Scytale provided platform really helps keep things organized and structured. Also progress and bottlenecks is highly visable and helps you keep focus. The whole process felt like a fast but precise moving train towards the certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to mention here. All smooth with Scytale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Scytale for our SOC 1 and SOC 2 certifications. The supporting tools, the way-of-working and the very helpfull single point of contact for our certifications helped us to do the work and meet the deadlines as planned.

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale has been amazing for our overall security posture. The platform and managers that we work with notify us and help us identify and address potential security risks before they become problems. It's been a proactive approach to our security so far that gives us real peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints from our experience. Wonderful product and service offering.

Our overall security posture has improved, and we’re now officially GDPR compliant.

Sometimes the work was done during meetings with us and not beforehand, when things could have been advanced without the company.

After an ongoing process with several consultants that led to nothing, we met Scytale, and it sounded too good to be true.
The price was lower, the timeline was faster, and the platform was easy to use.
Luckily for us, it all came true.
The platform provides all you need to know and do to be compliant and pass the audit. It is easy to use and keeps track of everything you need. In addition, there are weekly meetings to make sure you are progressing in the right direction and if there are any questions to answer.

Not that we are dislik it, but we would be happy to see the People section more advanced to connect all the dots between people and trainings.

What do you like best about the product?
Rockstar consulting team, that knows the topics inside out and take care off so many things for you. Although the platform is great, without their consultant you'd still face some challenges. But their consulting is part of their product offering and I'd recommend anyone using Scytale to use their consulting offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of a single thing. Yes, the software had some minor bugs when we were implementing, but those were addressed quickly, and didn't hinder our implementation whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Scytale for our SOC1 type 2 and SOC2 type 2 compliance. We work for American customers, that are publicly traded and therefore require us to comply with these standards. With Scytale it was a relative breeze. Yes, you need to do work yourself, but nothing even close to what you read online when you consider using a ''classic consultant''. I wonder how these guys even still have business nowadays with tools like Scytale around.
Early days but very promising
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is great - especially for non-technical folk. It's really easy to navigate and use, and the fact that you get a dedicated support manager is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far only a few integrations for things like HR systems, but given they have a request feature for new ones that will hopefully be resolved easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really simplifying the mammoth and overwhelming task that is ISO27001 and breaking it down into very manageable tasks and activities for us to work our way through, and giving us all the required templates in the mean time which is saving us a lot of man hours.
The fact you also get a dedicated consultant to join weekly calls and answer any questions is so helpful (shout out to Mischa!)

Easy-to-use, expert support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Scytale keeps everything organized and up-to-date, so we always feel prepared for an audit at any moment. The team is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people might find the platform to take a bit of getting used to in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we have questions related to data security Scytale is there to answer and guide us. They feel like an extension of our company.
