Streamlined ISO Compliance with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Scytale to manage and track our ISO certification progress, and the experience has been exceptional. Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to monitor our compliance efforts in real-time.
A huge shoutout to Mischa, whose guidance and support during our weekly consultation meetings has been invaluable. Throughout our certification journey, he made sure that everything ran smoothly, and his deep expertise ensured we understood each requirement thoroughly.
As a bonus, Scytale’s pre-built templates saved us a significant amount of time!

An integration with Google Docs would be nice so that less documents need to be uploaded.

Exceptional service and an all-in-one compliance solution! Scytale has made managing compliance much more efficient and less daunting. The platform is intuitive, well-structured, and packed with features that simplify our daily tasks. However, the best part of our experience has been the support team, specifically Oron. He was always quick to respond, proactive in addressing any concerns, and genuinely invested in our success. Scytale not only provides a great tool but backs it up with fantastic service.

Scytale Simplifies SOC2 Compliance with Ease and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale makes compliance super easy. The automated evidence collection reduces the amount of time taken to collect evidence.
Also, the Compliance Success Manager, Ronan, whose guidance is second to none, makes the complicated issues of SOC2 compliance easy to understand and implement.
The representation in the audit led to less time spent in the amazing audit.

More automatic evidence is always an improvement. But very little to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance with SOC2 and ISO27001. The process without Scytale would be very manual and inefficient. Scytale makes it easy to achieve compliance and makes the process more efficient.

The platform is simple and easy to use, which has continued to see improvements and new integration support.

No real downsides, support has been really helpful working through the ISO framework.

Our experience was fantastic by using the all-in formula: platform + compliance manager + audit

In the end, the efficient and fluent communication with the compliance manager, who helped us from A->Z, was a fantastic experience.
Getting the right answers to our questions within a very short time frame helped us move forward with the ISO 27001:2022 ISO ISMS implementation.
The Scytale platform is also easy to use and usable by anyone in a company. A typical example is the sign-off policies by the HR manager.

We did not experience any real downsides. There are always things that can be improved in the platform, but we noticed that Scytale continuously improves it based on customer feedback.

Maintaining an ISO 27001 ISMS is a non-trivial task that is completely solved by the Scytale Platform.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Scytale was working with Ronan. He was incredibly helpful, always available, and assisted me with everything I needed in a highly professional manner. In addition, I really enjoyed using the Scytale platform as a whole—it made the process smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would have liked to see improved in Scytale is the inclusion of more integrations and examples. I feel that having these available would make the process smoother and reduce the number of questions I needed to ask

Coverage of the SOC2 and the supporting team monitoring us

Some features in the system are not easy to use, and some integrations are not yet implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale is collecting a lot of evidence automatically and even for the other evidence the system monitors and helps to collect it manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The web portal offers a very good user experience with an easy process to follow. Scytale is well-organized and set up for easy automated integrations to establish controls. The support and speed of implementing changes have also been very good. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still somewhat immature. For example, the Risk Management feature could benefit from a rework to better align with industry standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A license to operate for our clients, which include major banks and insurance companies.
Use of Scytale for SOC2 administration.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use, and well process writen, you do need some software experience to us the system as the lot of the same principals are used. Setting up the system intergratoin was easy, the few problems we had was sorted out by the support team. They added features during out audit but we could not use them as we have done so already through other processes. We used the system for everything.

They added new features during the time, which would have been nice if we had it from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us a lot get our certification for SOC2, Mischa was a big help in getting us ready for the Audit.
